I'm leaving having paid and they're being Aon whether the problem is actually solved or not.granted. I do not think that this is the fault of the staff. However I believe if they really wanted to they could have dug deeper into this issue instead of letting me. Drive off to hope that it works in order. Your? Figure out whether it's fixed or not.

Very friendly staff that explained issues with my vehicle and what was needed to fix. My vehicle was finished and returned to me in a timely manner, very satisfied with overall experience. I have used our Midas for several years and will continue.

They always do a good job. If something goes wrong they always make it right.

First off ever time I walk in I expect to smell a garage but never do it's a very pleasant clean smell. The guy let me drop of my jeep before close and when I came back to pick it up the next afternoon he explained what had been done and prices and how even though they ended up doing more then quoted he kept it as close as he could to the original estimate. These guys are very pleasant and customer service was great! 100% satisfied.

They got me in on my only afternoon off in weeks w out an appt and did a great job ! So grateful for their kindness and friendliness and good work

The staff went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Very impressed with the Midas crew!

They were honest about the antifreeze leak. It was just a bypass hose for the thermastate behind the water pump. It looked like it was the water pump. But it was just the hose.

My experience at Midas was excellent. Dan and the other staff were so friendly and courteous. They found a leak in a pump during the inspection, Dan showed me a photograph of it, so I knew exactly what was going on. I thought the pricing was very fair, considering what it would’ve cost me had they not found the small leak. my husband really trusted Midas, and he worked on cars himself. So as a widow, I certainly will continue using Midas.

Fast efficient great price the best staff ever

As being a woman, I was treated just like another customer. I have been to other places and they treat women differently and I was treated with respect and when I had to explain what my brakes were doing, they looked at them and they didn’t try to upsale or try to sell me something I didn’t need. Very professional service I received!

We have a fleet the team in Gillette services. Communication is always very clear with what is happening with our trucks. They always get us in and out as fast as they can. Great team.
