Great managers and are committed to making your vehicle safe for travel and truly care about their customers. It shows in the way they treat all their clientele. I waited on my vehicle, so I first hand experienced their customer service from the outside looking in with other customers.

The manager is very friendly and patiently explain the brake inspection process, and update me the findings, some shop will not allow customer to be in the bays, but we would like to see it ourselves with the manager and technician on the side.I think making appointment, manager and techincian can more focus on the car that they service on.

A sime lube job took One hour and fifteen minutes
They recommended parts for my car that were unnecessary and made the whole process more confusing.They didn’t break down any prices. Simply explained what my car “needed” and tried to convince me that all of the parts were absolutely necessary.
Other car service said needed rear brakes work including calipers. Midas said calipers didn't need replacement, saving hundreds
I needed a part to be delivered to the shop during my long wait.

Communicated that my original appointment date is not the best date for them due to backlog so we rescheduled. On my rescheduled date, everything went smoothly and customer service was great.

Joe and James, the management team at this location, have been awful at communicating timelines with me for diagnostics and repair/cost. They pushed my repair to the side in favor of working on other customers vehicles, made excuses for why my vehicle was not completed on time, made secondary timelines that were also not met, and when I called to check on the status of my vehicle, they hung up on me after placing me on hold, forcing me to find a ride in to the shop to get an update. This is by far the worst treatment I have ever received from any business. You could improve by communicating early and often, especially when problems arise. Not communicating timelines they don't intend to stick to, and not hanging up on their paying customers. It is honestly shameful how I was treated.

The team at Midas is friendly and courteous. They know what they are doing and also respect the customers (communication is the best), the waiting room always has very friendly people, not many they do a quick turnaround. Before the rainy season, I took my Nissan Rogue truck for service at the Everett branch, they did the inspection and details came out that I didn't know it had, I changed the oil, the brakes and other details that they suggested. It was a long wait, but in the end the work turned out very well. Later I decided to take another Chevrolet truck for inspection and maintenance. Good service, you have to call first to have an appointment.
Had to reschedule last minute but store manager was very nice with good communications.
I made same day appointment, then shortly after I asked for a time change. They were polite and helped schedule another time. The midas people I talked to were very informative and tried to be helpful.

Help me diagnose the problem. Instead of just checking the muffler wht not look for other sources of the problem. Then to charge me to just to tell me the muffler is ok. BS. Schwab did a full inspection to look for the sources of the noise and there was no charge.
We were told by the company we bought our car from that our brake calipers needed to be replaced They were going to charge us $1500! We decided to have them rechecked and trusted Midas to help us. The Service manager had them checked and said they were okay. He told us that a lot of car seller companies where you also have a service plan will try to get you to spend more money! We really appreciated him telling us this and he was wonderful.
I was overall highly satisfied, it ended up having more issues than I expected it to, which added quite a bit more to my total expected bill. They took of my back rotors and machined them and they ended up needing to be replaced.
James and Joe are always extremely helpful. Getting quotes, information, suggestions, and general help regarding servicing my car has always been extremely helpful. Overall, I am very happy with my service here at Midas.

I gave the employee a coupon for Synthetic blend oil change and they did conventional oil change. Second after got my car back both ABS and Traction lights were on. I have no idea what the mechanic did to my car.

Although we spent way more than we wanted to, Midas did locate issues with my daughter’s car that needed to be address in order to care for her safety as well as our granddaughters.
Made my appt for 10/28 a week in advance, I showed up on time and was told they were a “little bit” behind so I left my car there and went shopping. I came back 1.5 hours after my appointment time and my car was still right where I parked it and hasn’t been serviced at all, so I got my keys and left.

Quick service., In and out within an hour.
I went in to get my mufflers welded on. Waited a few hours as expected, but when I looked at the finished product, the left exhaust tip was sitting at least an inch in the other direction. He took the keys back and seemingly fixed it. A few hours later I picked it up and discovered at home that there were exhaust leaks on the outlet of both mufflers. the guy used a different size pipe than the muffler outlet and didn't bother telling me. Id put one star but for some reason I cant.
