Very impressed with Jose and Matthew. They were very accommodating and ensured I had everything taken care of before I left, not only that they were extremely knowledgeable and offered suggestions.. Will definitely continue to come back solely because of their customer service.

I like that the person who checked us in considered our time frame for the visit. I also felt Jared did a stellar job on time management and ensuring he hit all the marks. Usually, I have to remind places to check the tire pressure and my windshield wiper fluid, this time, when I asked he said already done with a smile. Really great and easy going process. I already left a google review and recommended family and friends.
It didn't take long once they got the car. They didn't try to upsale me annoyingly. Just mentioned one thing they could do was the wipers. I appreciate not being sold anything unnecessary.

Look, its simple, Groupon is being used to facilitate business, but nobody is greeting the fine print. Then, the manager came out, wasn’t even understanding that I drove an hour to come to his location for the Groupon. Misleading and not caring, was the main reason I left.

In my honest opinion, there's always room for improvement. Plus, the cost of services is much too high. For these type services I'll probably go to my other mechanic shop. This time it was more a convenience factor.

Michael was great, he explained everything going on with my car. They were fast, efficient and super friendly! Didn't have to wait a long time for my car to be serviced, I was very grateful for that! Their system was down though, they couldn't do some change in the computer and comped the $5 difference (on the oil) I had to pay per the main manager. They gave me a copy of my 6 point inspection report done on my car as well, I will definitely be back for future services!

I cam to this location with a coupon for an oil change. I realized the next day they had not fully done the job. I came back to have it fixed and the store had just came under new management that day. They fixed the problem, apologized and I was on my way. Well, I then ended up with a long term problem. Called, Jose had me come in so they could check it out and try to make things right. After, looking at the issue, and explaining how to fix it, they then discovered the answer to something else I had been having an issue with for a long time. I ended up getting everything fixed that was needed. The new manager Jose did an amazing job at explaining what was found, the solution and the costs. He and his team were very professional, friendly and efficient.
Mechanics need to be more upfront on what work needs to be done so the customer doesn’t have to come in a month later to get more work done. Feels like you’re getting screwed because they could have easily explained the first time. When you pay for diagnostics you should get a print out of work needing to be done so you can work out a game plan. Plus not answering the phone and explaining that your vehicle will be held through the holiday because the part they ordered didn’t come in time. They also said they would give me a discount if I proved I was in the Medical Field. When I showed up with a paystub they refused to honor it.
The atmosphere was very good. They showed mercy to one of the customers who was short a couple of dollars. They answered questions and provided necessary feedback about my vehicle.
I was highly satisfied with the communication, record keeping of previous service. And updates of service while vehicle was being serviced.
The price was not negotiated with us before doing the work and they said we still have to charge $600 if you choose not to go with us and do the work.

I purchased a Groupon offer for half synthetic oil change and was told that my vehicle is full synthetic. I do not believe my Groupon was honored for partial payment. I could be mistaken but I did not see a credit or discounting on my receipt. I always use this location for my oil services for 2 vehicles.
Excellent customer service and explanation of what needed to be repaired and why. Associate worked with me on the price and offered a rebate and gave me the option to finance.

You need to offer internet to customers waiting on their cars
When I went in the counter person was rude. He stated that I may not be able to get a blended oil in my car. When I explained that I had taken it many times for service to an other store on Saw Dust, and they used blended oil he said they did not know what they were doing.Then he said he had to look at the vin etc and see if he could use blended oil. Then he came back and said he could.The other Midas I have gone to for years with all my cars they were just back up that is why I chose this location. I was highly offended by his lack of respect.They got me in and out quickly after that.I went to the other location today to get the other cars oil changed. I will not return to this location.

Get your labor rates in line with everyone else. Charging double the labor rates is outright greed. I wanted 4 shocks changed and I provided the shocks and you wanted to charge 725.00. I went home and changed them in 2hrs.

They tried to get me to replace parts on my car that weren't broke. Wanted me to change a rack and pinion when it was just a inner tie rod, also tried to get me to change a bearing that was fine.

Went in for front end alignment which never happened, because the guys in the shop and the person who checked us in were too interested in up selling me $2500 of work. Had made another appt with competitor company. Took it there and the alignment was completed successfully and no mention of issues of any kind - there is an extreme difference in $ in this situation. Also, the check in guy mentioned to me that my friend was unprofessional at your Midas location. The truth is the check in guy (Brent ?) was unprofessional in his attempt to upsell and my friend recognized this. As a customer you expect the upsell attempt, however, this was extremely negative experience

When quoting the customer payment on an insurance claim repair it’s a good idea to be as transparent as possible. In this case, I feel that I was misled about how the insurance claim would be handled. When I arrived for the repair I signed something that said I would pay zero. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was presented with the entire bill, told that I would have to pay it and work with my insurance company for reimbursement. I was told that “the boss” won’t allow the vehicle to be released to me without payment and since the insurance company hadn’t paid anything I had to pay it. I have never been so misled by an auto repair shop in such a blatant way, ever.
The time for service was an hour even with an appointment. This seemed a little long to me.
The gentleman that was assisting me (I believe he may have been the store manager) gave me an estimated time of completion... and stuck to it (which never happens anywhere I go). Additionally, he had great communication with me and was very friendly. I was actually surprised when I received the bill. I am glad I found this spot. I have already recommended it to friends and family and will definitely be back. The gentleman that helped me was a great hire!
