I made an appt online, but never received confirmation that it was accepted. Had to call the store and manager said I could bring it in. When I arrived I told him I wanted to use a Groupon. He said they don’t take Groupons anymore. The Groupon website clearly lists this location as honoring their vouchers. This is definitely against Groupon’s TOS, attempting to take full amount of the voucher directly from the customer, denying Groupon their cut. Seems shady.

I always have a great experience when I come to this location. I have a 1984 BMW, it is not an easy car to work on. Yet they always find the solution and parts I need. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Sergio is friendly and explains everything well and Kyle does such a great job working on my car.

The team at this location needs to learn how to checkout customers who come in with a Groupon. If a customer purchases a Groupon, you can’t get mad and tell them to “take your keys!” It’s not that simple. It isn’t the customer’s fault, that the employees don’t know how to accept a Groupon that was purchased that also has that location’s address on it. You can’t say that you don’t accept them and try charging a higher price either. That is horrible business, and the person who purchased the Groupon is definitely not going to go for it or recommend your shop to anyone after receiving an attitude from the person at the checkout counter.
I believe this Midas shop might have a thief as I was missing an item of value. My sunglasses went missing. I didn't notice right away but afterwards I called the shop. The manager asked the man that worked on my car but of course a thieve wouldn't confess his thieving. The manager was fine, but I wouldn't trust the person who worked on my car.
