It was good, I had came in last week when the internet was down, and they were too busy, so made an appointment. But not sure that made it, so while they seemed busy this time around, they fit me in and got out quick.
Communication could be way better. I had an appointment at 12pm and dropped it off early when I got back there at 2pm I didn’t receive no update and my car was just barely going in to be serviced. I know stuff can get behind but it’s just the lack of communication on their end that could’ve been way better so I was aware of what was going on with my car.
Stop taking advantage of customers and their situations

When I first arrived there, Taylor advised it would be an hour and a half wait. I usually will not wait but I decided to because I had the time. I am happy I did because the wait was only 30 mins. I am glad that he gave me the option to have a realistic wait time and completing the task much earlier. Taylor was polite and helpful with information regarding my vehicle. Great customer service and a great overall experience Midas is lucky to have such a young man at the front desk.

If a customer asks for a tire rotation, rotate the tires and then happily charge them for it. Don’t ignore them or tell them it’ll be done and then act like it’s too much to ask when the customer confirms tires were rotated. Insane customer service. If a coupon is made available to the public, don’t charge more for the service after the fact. Makes no sense. Ya lost me as a customer.If a customer walks in for an oil chance the minute the shop opens, why would that take almost two hours after I was told “if you come in the morning, won’t take but 30 minutes”. Took my fiance’s car for an oil change previously and the oil cap was left in the engine bay. Needless to say I won’t be back to a Midas. Two terrible experiences back to back isn’t worth saving a few bucks. Also, they quoted me $500 for new rear brakes, new brakes for 500 bucks? Give me a break.

I went in because my check engine light was on, and was told I needed further repairs that would be almost $1800. A couple of months earlier, I had already paid $2,000 for service, and was now being told I was given an inaccurate report and needed more work done. This sounded very misleading. I have been a long-time and loyal customer to Midas, and I wasn't even offered a discount to get the needed repairs done, which had not been disclosed to me previously. Very unsatisfied with my service.

The staff were very helpful each step of the process when they noticed the leaking hose they showed me were it was leaking and recommend replacing it before it got worse.That saved me money in the long run and I appreciated that.

David Chen and his team at Round Rock Midas in Texas was awesome. He always called me with updates and made sure I understood the service fee and parts that were involved in the repair. I have never had a good mechanics, and I will continue to go there for maintenance checks that are needed for my car. I really appreciate all he did for us. We will definitely recommend this location to all of our friends.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The wait wasn’t too bad and everything went smooth. However, when I went home and checked the quote they gave me, tire rotation was not a part of the service. I looked at my tires and checked that they were not rotated.

The customer service was helpful and welcoming, the speed of service was great and the location itself was clean and comfortable. I did have a little issue which was my fault given a misunderstanding. I apologized for it. Other than that, everything was great!
My tire had been losing air so I wanted to get it checked out, he found 3 punctures and I had to get new tire, you had tire and it was quick and friendly.
I paid for tire rotation and oil change but store associate don’t want to do the tire rotation due to one my tire condition but I paid full price.And Check-in process was horrible
Customer service Jenny was awesome. But after I got alignment, I found a nail in my tire, on asking associate working ge denied but think he deliberately did that. He didn't patch it either. I had to being car to a nearby tire shop and pay $20 extra for patch which was I think caused by working associate.

This location was amazing! The manager Andrew I believe, was great. We talked about my car and he was very knowledgeable, we talked about football, they told me it would take 45 minutes it felt like I was sitting for 20. They were all very pleasant from the mechanics to the manager, he held the door for me with my cane and made sure my car was close to not walk so far. Such respectful, kind and pleasant gentleman everyone was. I will definitely be back for my oil change and window shield wipers!
The associate name was Ben he was very rude upon my arrival. Cut me off and even had music playing on his phone while I’m trying to talk. He cussed at his employees about the vehicles that were there. Another customer there told me he was very rude to her as well but I noticed when a male customer came in his attitude towards them was different. I’m not upset about the wait time just Ben needs to either not volunteer to help at other locations or be at the front desk with the attitude that he has. I’ll never take my car to be serviced at Midas again.
I called before I came, when I got there I was greeted and taken care of. They notice I needed a major repair. I only came in for an oil change but they took the time to figure out a quoted price and calling around to make sure they could get the part.
