Michael works at different locations. I first met him at spring location off 2920, about 4 months ago. My experience was so good I remembered him when I coincidentally met him again off humble location . He made every smooth and reassuring

I was asking questions about future services. The customer service representative gave me honest answers about what I needed to do. He told me what Midas was best at for me but was honest about my transmission having to be done by the dealer.

The engine splash shield wasn't put back correctly and became loose. At this point it has been completely damaged and needs to be replaced. I was driving out of state right after this so I couldn't go back to get it fixed. Not cool.
The young man at the counter was more than helpful in describing the service and what would happen in different situations and the costs associated with such. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't exactly tell me where I could wait, so I just chose a room and went in to sit. It did not take them long to work on my truck so I was in and out in 30 mins. I do recommend making an appointment though because I happened to go in on a day when the weather was supposed to be bad so that makes a lot of difference.

My vehicle was brought in quickly and the associate was very help and precise. The repair was completed quicker than advised. I enjoyed the waiting area and was able to walk to have lunch at the nearby restaurants.

The workers should listen to the customers. Yes, I went in for brake services. My ABS and brake light was on. I explained it to the gentleman. He recommended rotators. I tired to tell he that wasn't on my work services from mercedes benz. He said if I didn't get tge rotators it will mess up the brake pads I was needing. So, I went along with it. When I spoke to service person at mercedes dealer, I didn't need rotators. I only needed pads, sensors and brake oil flush. So, I paid extra $800 for something I didn't need and I'm disappointed the gentleman at Midas for taking advantage of me.

Also, another issue was discovered and communicated with me. Overall, I’m so happy I got the recommended repairs. I could feel the difference in my steering right away. I left Midas feeling confident that my vehicle was given a thorough inspection.

Groupon coupon was a bait and switch, they told me that I couldn’t get any other oil change other than full synthetic, I own my car and they can’t dictate what oil I use, classic bait and switch, have a disclaimer if necessary for Cust who opt out pretty simple Now I’m out my money bc I refuse to accept their BS answer, your forcing customers to pay more which is wrong

I thought the price for the service I received was way out of line. I took less than an hour for them to install my provided exhaust system. they were very professional and did an excellent job.

Stop trying to get extra money that isn't required. This was the third time I've used a Groupon purchased pull change. The 2 precious times, I wasn't told I had to pay a disposal fee. This time, I was. That's not right. Nowhere in the writeup does it say disposal fee is extra or not included.

From the moment I entered the facility, I was greeted and asked how the staff could be of assistance. The a/c was not cooling and I thought I could be low on freon. The staff explained the services that would be rendered, the costs involved and checked the car while I waited. About 40 minutes later, my car was ready to go.

It was to expensive for the ac compressor. When the compressor only cost from anywhere $199 to $250. I paid $1,500 for the work. I looked up how much the specific part cost and it was nowhere near $900 for a compressor
