Brian, I think that's his name, the black guy with red shirt menaced me, he invented my car had loosennparts and they couldnt perfirm the alignment, ecerything was a lie, he didnt like me. he brought their friends to menace me and when I asked for the paperwork to preserve my data ge denied it so I got angry and he made a signal meaning he know my address, everything is in video and I'll take this to court. It will be very expensive for your com0any to not training your personnel good modals and customers service quality

I got my oil changed in only 20 minutes. That’s the fastest service I’ve ever received anywhere. They also recommended me some other services and explained why they think it’s necessary, is it a really bad one or preventive matter, etc. Overall, 10/10 service

The oil change took an hour and a half.
because they did not just try to sell me on an allignment. they checked my car to see if there was a reason for the pulling of my car to the left. they found that there was a problem with the angle of the right rear tire. probably caused by a pot hole. then they alligned the front and the back.
Specifically detail ALL costs added to Groupon add for a full synthetic oil change. Inform Midas employees NOT to tell customers not to purchase Groupons due to the misleading "fine print"

Quick and painless. They didn’t try to get a ton of money out of me like other places.
Frank was very accommodating and helpful. I called ahead and he was able to get me a same-day appointment! I also had several questions for him, he took the time to address each and every concern I had. As a bonus he brought me out to visually show me my vehicle's problem areas and let me speak to the service tech, who gave me additional information regarding my concerns. Frank offered some quotes for additional services I will need soon. I'm very impressed!
I was lied to and my front wheel was pulling when I left and I was told it take a day for it to straighten up which is incorrect
Frank was extremely helpful the entire time. While I waited for my turn, there was a customer there who was extremely rude and he handle the situation with the upmost professionalism. Once he was able to help me he got me in and out. I will definitely be returning to this location and highly recommend others to do so as well.

I ran into an issue in which my vehicle started leaking fuel due to a fuel line that was not connected properly during service. I took me vehicle back and explained the problem. Frank went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was corrected and I was able to safely get back on the road.

My service at mitis location was not very impressive. The staff attempted to sell me filters to a vehicle that was not mine. They could not tell me what vehicle was mine. Even though they have my keys in the bag with paperwork filled out properly. I have an appointment at 1 PM. Waited for an hour while walk in customers were seen before me. I ended up asking for my keys back and leaving without getting my oil change.
I was called the morning of my appointment time frame window, and I was informed I was late because my appointment was at 8. I had to rush over to the site so I could have them look at my brakes I was extremely concerned about and the prior service.
Overall good experience everyone was helpful an completed my service is a sufficient amount of time.

Robert at the front Dess was very rude. I don’t know if that’s the manager or what but the way that he talks to the customers and the employees is not a good representation of the company also for a brand new customer why would somebody want to go back when you are being treated as if you are an inconvenience for showing up or a nuisance.

I received an oil change at this location. Approximately 3 hours after the oil change was completed my car had completely run out of oil as it was leaking out of the bottom of the vehicle. I never had this problem before the oil change and now my vehicle currently is damaged

I originally had a same day appointment at the South Post Oak location. I emailed expecting a response within 30 minutes like the website indicated. The person in charge told me he was the only one there and hadn't checked email but to bring my car in any way. When I got there he said he only had one worker and they hadn't had lunch break. I could either come back or take my car to Bellaire. Frustrated, I went to Bellaire. The service was so great it balanced out the other experience.

Basically paid for a coolant flush on Saturday. Took it home thinking everything was fine. Wrong. On Sunday I turn on the car to go to the store and 2 minutes later it tells me engine coolant over temperature. I go back home because I don't want to mess anything up. Today I get in the car to come first thing in the morning. First thing that happens is the warning again, followed by my check iengine light. Worst part of all the car slows down on me almost coming to a complete stop. Thankfully the shop is about 2 miles from me so I keep driving about 10 mph praying the car doesn't stop on me or engine blows. The worst part is when I get there the representative Myles let's out a chuckle after I describe what's going on. I immediately think to myself "what's funny about the issues I'm having with my car". Reluctantly I left the car there for them to fix the issue. Thankfully I took off work to go to a doctor's and dentist appointment, but with that being said I was forced to Uber those places. Of course was not reimbursed for my inconvenience. In the end I ended up spending about the same as I would've at the dealership except much more headache and trouble.

I brought my vehicle in for a brake job just on the rear brakes I brought my own brakes I was persuaded not to use my brakes because of the so-called lifetime warranty I paid way too much for a brake job and when I left my brakes were still the same as before I left they did nothing to the rotors nor did they even suggest that I need a new rotors however my car is now driving as if I need new rotors so I just wasted money on a break job the guys at the Midas location are all scam artists and they all should not represent Midas
