Either don’t charge so much or add a little coolant instead of just saying your coolant is low. It’s called preventative maintenance for a reason

Next time have integrity about what’s actually wrong with people’s car, instead of trying to make things up & scam. Upon getting a second inspection majority of what was stated was wrong & the price I was quoted was ridiculous. & you wonder why it’s a high turnover. It’s because you all are rotten from the inside out. Dishonest business practices won’t attract good workers.
All technicians were well aware of what my car needed. We were updated with All issues and prices. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable.

The Store Manager was so incredibly knowledgeable. She talked and showed us the problem along with the technician. I went in for a brake check and they told me I didn't need anything. My oil change went really well and they found something we k ew nothing about. My motor mount were leaking hydraulics fluid. Now I never knew some motor mounts had hydraulics fluids in them but she showed my Wife and I they did. I love a place were you don't get nickel and dime for every little thing. Kazori Lane Store Manager she deserves a raise. She also needs help inside she was overwhelmed with phone calls and walk ins. Bit she did it all herself. I give her a 10 out of 10

Pls make sure y'all use the correct torque sequence on cars, so you don’t mess up alignment & get the year make & model correct to.
It took over 2 hours to get my oil changed and the young lady was very condescending. She believes just reiterating the process and stating “you have to wait like everyone else” helps. It be great if you told people up front the time range you will wait and maybe drop them off at home or mall.
I had an appointment and had to reschedule, because there was no availability even with an appointment. I scheduled this a week in advance and took off work.
The service was fast and easy. I was in and out and I didn’t have to worry about anything. The price was great and customer service was extremely helpful.
Get a new manager. One that has customer service skills.

Improve customer service and also the bathroom was dirty.. the place didn’t look welcoming when the lights were off in the building. I was wondering if the electric was paid. Plus giving me back my car. They left my car running for a long while. While talking to the front desk lady who was not welcoming or professional….
Your associate was incredibly rude. They broke my sensor and refused to fix. They were constantly trying to upsell something to me.
I went in for an oil change, but the technician identified a critical problem with my alignment that could've led to the lost of my tire while driving. Proving that a thorough screening of vehicles is being done.
This experience was awful and I will not ever go back or recommend. I got there at 715am waited for them to open and did not leave till 9am. All I got done was an oil change. There was no one ahead of me. A truck pulled up behind my car and I had to wait an extra 15mins on top of the over hour I previously waited. My car was done before the truck got there so it would’ve been proactive to move my car beforehand or ask the driver to back up to get my car. No one said thank you when I left and the receptionist was completely unprofessional.
Educate the onsite manager that worked on 04/19/2024. African-American lady had a good heart, but her customer service skills need some serious attention. She stopped in mid conversation with the customer to answer the phone while the customer was talking to her trying to understand the stores unexpected and unexplained fees. This really made me want to leave and just not deal with Midas as my all, but the only reason a stayed was because I already purchased the voucher on Groupon. She had her personal phone next to her answering calls, with ear buds in her ear. How distracting and frustrating does that look to the customer when they’re speaking to the manager, but earbuds are in the managers ears. Just please educate this location more on customer service at all times. Even though you’re about to close for the day you should still remain professional until all customers are satisfied and out of your establishment. While in the waiting room and big rat came our. I ran to tell the representative at the front desk, she completely ignored me.
Train the receptionist to be more professional. Inspect the building for cleanliness. There was a huge rat in the waiting area that scared all guests away.
To get a oil change my appointment time was 8:30 I didn't leave till almost 11 because of who knows what. There is no reason a oil change takes that amount of time and when it's an appointment

I had the pleasure of getting my oil changed at Midas shop yesterday, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. I found them on groupon. Kazori's expertise and knowledge were evident from the moment I walked in. She took the time to explain additional issues my car was facing in great detail. What truly impressed me was Kazori’s willingness to show me the specific problems on my car and patiently answer all of my questions. I never once felt rushed or that my inquiries were dismissed as insignificant. Kazori and the rest of the staff have professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience at Midas exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of automotive maintenance. Was told the entire process would be completed within 45min-1 hour. Wasn’t finished until an 1.5 hours later. I also asked ahead of time if air can be put in my tires, left with no air added..
Get rid of the employees that were were working that day and get employees that care about taking care of their customers.
Arrived at 9am and waited 3 hours for an oil change. The girl at the counter put too much pressure on trying to upsell me on other services. I appreciate the information but no means no. She also wasn’t very attentive as she was busy multitasking .

I came in to get my oil changed and came out with a lot of issues with my car. The sales/ cashier kept trying to get me to allow them to get Orion my car after telling her that I have my own mechanic. She just kept trying to force me to allow them to work on my car..She dismissed my response to her several times

I know that my car takes extra oil and a higher priced filter. Usually I just get a service fee. The additional price I was charged was like paying for a second oil change.
The part I needed arrived before I left the store, customer service was excellent and I'm satisfied with the work that was performed. I will be back soon and highly recommend Midas to friends and family.

I came in for the $39 synthetic oil change, after add on dees I paid $70 for the oil change. I can go anywhere for a $70 oil change.

My brake oil was almost empty and brake light had came on which I had mentioned the representative while turning in my car for service. When the car was returned and left I found out the brake oil was never filled up.

The value was the best I have experienced. I have taken my Toyota RAV4 Adventure to the dealership for all maintenance since I purchased the car 4 years ago. Their service continues to get worse and their prices keep getting higher. I received excellent service at half the cost of the Toyota dealer at Midas. Even returned with my girlfriend's car the next day.
I have received a promotion on the mail that contain a general check, tire rotation and oil change with filter for 39, but they didn’t apply the tire rotation until I let them know it was included, they double check and waste extra 30 minutes of my time, because they refuse to do the tire rotation when I let them know at the beginning
