I arrived a little early before opening hours. I waited in my car in the parking lot until time of operations. I stood at the door at 8:00 AM. When the associate unlocked the door he just walked away without pushing it open and welcoming in. Once I entered he didn't greet me with a hello. I greeted him instead with a hello. He just asked me to initial the iPod that would him permission to send update of courtesy check and recommendations to my phone. It felt kind of cold and very unwelcoming.

I came there to get a earlier appointment which you guys pulled me right in and I was out the door highly satisfied with the work.
Appointments that are made in advance should be completed when customers arrive. A checks and balances inspection of appointments and available staff should be reviewed before appointment date and customer arrival. Some reasonable accommodation should be offered to the customer when Midas is unable to provide the service it advertises for.
Don’t lie to me and say you test drove my car, as soon as I drove away I knew the problem was still there

I have no complaints at all. Fortunately there is a bar / restaurant next door where I went to pass the time. For this reason I don't know how the waiting room is, seemed clean and had a TV.

After the failure to complete a full synthetic oil change that I asked for, with coupon, putting regular oil in, if I hadn't noticed, or if my wife had picked up the car... The mistake would have gone un-noticed.The time before this, my lug nuts were not.tightened. not acceptable.
First I was supposed to get oil change and tire rotation for $34.99 after he took $20 off it was still $58 my tires weren't rotated and my check engine light came on the next morning and now my car is running funny.

Each year for the last 5 years or so, I come in for inspection to the Wilkins twp midas.During this time, I get a notification that I need wipers and/ or tires.I have a garaged vehicle and drive less than 5,000 mi per year.It's very strange to me to need these products EVERY YEAR.Doesn't make sense.I believe I will change places for next year.

The scheduled appointment was kept, I was greeted upon my arrival and the intake process took place immediately after the greeting, my car went back for servicing shortly after the intake, and the additional need, tire balancing, was advised shortly after the intake.
The customer service representative and I believe store manager TJ, got over to the desk promptly and very personable! Quickly helped me pick the best service based on my needs and the team was quick to get me in and out.. Midas in Monroeville on old William Penn highway is legit! They are quick fast and to the point! Def recommend these guys.

I have been using the online scheduling option for a few years. I did the same for my appointment last week and received a confirmation via email about my appointment. Yet when I arrived onsite, there was no record of my appointment. The service manager told me the scheduling system doesn't work. Please address this with either the shop or your IT people. It was very disappointing.

The mechanics weren’t able to determine why my car is losing so much coolant (I’m refilling every week). I was not upset that they weren't able to figure it out, I was just appreciative that they took their time to try. However, instead of the mechanics taking ownership in being unable to figure it out, they chose to speak to me as if I’m wrong for assuming there is a problem with my car. Likewise, when I went to pickup my car, the front desk worker (John) did not even look up to acknowledge that I was standing there, but silently got my key for me. Single females tend to have similar experiences when they go to auto shops or any male-dominated work place. I feel if I was a male in this situation the workers would have treated me with much more respect.

Give a firm time estimate for repairs. On the final test drive before declaring the problem fixed, actually check that it is fixed. My issue was not fully resolved, and now I will have to waste more time brining my car back in to be serviced because it was not fully fixed the first time.

I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR AROUND 20 YRS.My car has only 15,000 miles on it.For the past 3 yrs something is supposedly wrong.I've had my brakes replaced,3 tires replaced ,allignment done and wasn't told ahead of time.Everytime I come in, I pay over $400.I feel I'm being taken advantage of.Maybe because I'm a senior and female.Not happy with this station and will never return
