This feedback has nothing to do with the mechanics or in-house customer service. All of the guys are great. My issue with this location is the gigantic potholes it has in the driveway. The potholes are huge. I do not want to drive my car over large potholes. It is bad enough I have to drive through my area with potholes. When I go to get my car fixed, I don't want to see it or deal with it. The Midas location also looks sloppy because the driveway is crumbling. Midas needs to fix this issue, like NOW... PLEASE REPAVE THE DRIVEWAY!!! Thank you.

Lou the front counter person is very friendly and polite. He knows what he’S doing. He explained everything to me clearly and keep me posted while my vehicle is being service.

Listen to the customer when they tell you the shop did something wrong. My time was wasted and i was left in a dangerous position because i was dismissed when i said something was wrong.

The on site manager, Kevin was very friendly. He frequently provided updates on my vehicle and made sure my son and I were not in the waiting room long. Will definitely return for my car maintenance from now on.

I came to change a tire. I brought my new tire with me. Told the associates several times to be careful with scratching and scraping the wheel-cup. I did not have a single scratch prior to my visit at Midas. When the job was completed after 3 hts, there were at least 4-5 scratches which could have been avoided if given more care.

Ease of scheduling appointment. Cost was over $600 less than a competitor quoted. The gentlemen that were at the front desk were very helpful and didn’t make me feel like dumb girl which often happens at other places.

The staff were very nice. I had a flat tire nearby. They were able to help me without appointment as I had to be at work by 11. I was able to get a deal on a 4th tire for free as it turned out I needed new tires. I will use them again for brakes before inspection in December. I was very pleased. Thank you to the Midas staff at this location.

Louis was so kind and explained everything to me price wise and what each part does. Most shops say something and charge a price. But not at the Midas on Bustleton Ave 19152. They fixed the car very quickly as well and let me know how to upkeep the vehicle so me and my children can drive safely. For the first time I feel secure about the work done to my 03 Hyundai Santa Fe. Keep up the great work.

The price and the wait time

I'm very busy and the service was quick, in and out. The associate explained other things I need to tend to on my vehicle before they become a problem. The associate was very polite and informative. Less than an hr I was out and getting back to my day.

Had a oil chande before coming, mentioned that my oil light went out after the oil change also no light while driving to the Midas after looking at my vehical all of a sudden my engine light is back on

If your wrench cannot remove a lug nut… you can’t replace the brakes. Your machine’s connector couldn’t connect to my OBD port. Nothing was done. They scanned my registration card. That’s it. He did discount the overall price we paid. But sent me to Mercedes’ to have the port checked out. Mercedes said it is highly unlikely it’s the port. They advised me to go somewhere else to get the inspection because it is going to cost $200 for them to tell me nothings wrong.
