The experience met my expectations
the wait time was pretty accurate.
Came from out of town with my Honda Ridgeline with worn out brakes . Like grinding noise from the back brakes.They took me in when everyone else said come on in on Monday when I needed it done on Saturday.I Called them first thing in the morning and told me to come on in and had all 4 brakes done all around pads and rotors before noon and was on my way. Thanks guys. With good straight up front service.

Went for an oil change. Asked them to check fluids as my coolant is low. Never was done and I just top up my windshield washer. There’s many other places to go. Probably will be taking my business elsewhere. Location Ontario street st catharines

Prices are higher then expected
It is quite simple. Frank and his staff are the best. If you are taking your vehicle anywhere else you are probably waiting longer, paying more, and most likely not having great service. Go to Frank on Ontario street and he will see to it that your car issues are explained, priced before hand, and updates as you wait. Going anywhere else just does not make sense.
Quick and efficient service
Frank was there for us each step of the way for our tire change. We had run into a few hiccups but he and the mechanical staff were able to fix each problem easily and kept us informed each time.
Staff were friendly, informative, and accurate with all information.

Seasonal tire changeover (kinda). They put the wrong tires on the wrong rims but they called to clarify and it was resolved immediately, without hesitation. My explanation was probably what was ay fault. Definitely 10/10 though!
I called to make an appointment about an oil change and they didn’t have room for me initially but the guy said he could try and fit me in, and he did, and I tipped him for that cause that was doing me a big favouf
Unfortunately I feel I pad for services that I never requested or required other than muffler or exhaust pipe problem. My experience is in my opinion scam. The communication was great and friendly but appears this also comes at cost
There were 2 men at the counter. I did not have an appointment and i needed an alternator belt put on as mine broke. They took my car in as quickly as they could and were super friendly. Perfect customer service!

The guy at the desk on November 10th at 9 am was so kind and he explained they had sick calls so that’s what my oil change took an hour and a half he gave me a discount for the inconvenience he was great !
Hands down the front desk service was amazing from me arriving over a half hour late the gentleman who first checked me in and Frank who followed up and reassured me it was totally ok and didn’t skip a beat and made me feel like that I wasn’t even late.
It was a pleasant atmosphere and the staff were friendly.

I have been a Midas customer for many years for both vehicles. I have always had a good relationship with the Midas dealer, whether over the phone on in person.Their service has been always great. I have no issues going back again for my next visit or recommending them to some of my friends.

Customer service was outstanding. I was kept informed, a taxi was ordered and paid for to take me home and bring me back as my vehicle was going to take awhile. Once I returned everything that was done to my car was clearly explained. The service was excellent.

The front desk customer service woman was not friendly, not personable. Needs to smile more, engaged in making the customer feel welcomed and needs to speak in public in a professional way.

shop manager is very particulate in the workmanship and quality of the parts.Did not like how it looked tore it apart and replaced the new part with another one.
After waiting 2 1/2 hours with my 6 month old for a winter tire swap at the location I used to go to, I decided to try Midas. Marcel booked my appointment and gave me many options to work around my daughter's naptime! When I got there Shelly was very engaging and knowledgeable! My appointment was scheduled for an hour and my car was done before we got back from walking to get a coffee! Great experience all around!
Frank the manager was very professional and knowledgeable and kind.
The owner took the time to show us what he did. Found the old parts and showed us the new installed parts. Explained in an easy to understand way what had happened

When you have to book an appointment it should not take over 2 hrs for an oil change. I was late for work

I was told a day before that the price would depend on how difficult it would be to remove the bleed screw on the caliper. That was the sole purpose of my visit. I understood that they couldn't tell me in advance how much it might cost because it might be very difficult or not difficult at all to remove this screw that I myself was having difficulties removing. When I arrived and before any work was done I was told it would be $120. I accepted this but in comparison to previous work done by Midas it was three times as expensive. I paid $40 to have a difficult set screw removed from a brake rotor a few years ago. I was particularly happy however with the mechanic that serviced my car. He was very expert and friendly and knowledgeable and he gave me tips on my own regular maintenance going forward which I appreciated. He should be commended.

Appointment was for 2 items: oil change and transmission, however, the transmission issue was not on the work order.
I know what I’m getting when I go there. I get advice when I engage with the staff. I have had a variety of products and services provided by the staff there. I hate being upsold that my vehicle needs 15 things fixed when it doesn’t. They only advise what is absolutely necessary.

The online booking system went into the void. I got a confirmation email that someone would reach out in 30 minutes but no one did. After a couple days I just dropped by and booked in person. The staff and work were great otherwise.
I was your first scheduled appointment. First in the door. I left the building at 9, 1 hour later. That is totally unreasonable to take an hour for an oil change. Ridiculous really. And to add insult to injury, I’m halfway home and notice the engine light is still on! I phoned when I returned home and do unconcerned was the reception I received with an “ok just drop by and we’ll reset for you”. Not pleased. First and last oil change at Midas.

I have never had my oil changed at a quick stop oil change place with out being up sold a variety of other things. The Service at Midas on Ontario street was excellent without any attempt to add anything. I felt very confident withthe assessment of my brakes, tires and battery that was given. It took 1hour and 10 minutes to rotate 4 tires.I know they were not rotated because the tires on the back were in better shape than the front. We were going on a tripI talked to the lady an hour after in was brought into stall. She went and got the mechanic who came in and discussed a problem with the brakes.Then proceeded to put my tires back on in the same position.He thought it was a problem with the brakes.We only asked to rotate tires.

I took my car to Midas with a rattling noise. Very hard to diagnose. They listened to my explanation. Examined the car, took it for a rest drive and determined the problem. Provided a fair estimate and repaired the car. Very happy with the repair.
I called in and didn't expect to get in the same, he took within hours and shortly after sent me a message explaining the details and had it ready within the set time. Very friendly staff!!
Ease of check in, servic done professionally. Manager explained that final price would be considerably lower than the original estimate because they didn’t have to replace a flange that on first inspection seemed to need this replaced.I have ben at other service locations which were not this honest and forthright.

Went in on Saturday for a tire repair and oil change. I was told the tire was not repairable as the side wall was blown. I was offered to have 2 tires replaced for a total cost of $300. I wasn't prepared to spend that money without shopping around first.
