The gentlemen who greeted me upon arrival, contacted me with a quote and checked me out were very friendly. The exact tires I wanted weren't at the store but the gentlemen said he would personally drive and pick them up for me. All in all very fast service too.

Online services need to work with actual people at the shop. I scheduled an appointment online and never got confirmation. After waiting a week I simply did a walk in. The inspection of my car took more time than I’d have liked. I was in the door at 8am sharp and got out at roughly 11:15am. Brakes and an oil change is really all I needed. The inspection was at least half of the time I was there, if not more. Nothing wrong with that but it may be worth having an opt-out for people who know exactly what they want done.

I was quoted $74.95 for the service plus tax.I had a $20 off coupon which should have made the cost $54.95 plus tax.The total was $66.34. I discovered that they added $6.87 for shop supplies.That does not make any sense. That left me getting a $13.13 discount insteadof a $20.00 discount as advertised. It doesn't sound like much, but being retired that makes a big difference.
I was quoted a price of 79.99 for an oil change. They later called me and increased the price by 60 to 140 plus tax due to W16. I called 2 other local shops and was quoted 79.99 for the exact same w16 oil change. They came down to 129 plus tax but did not match the competitor price. Your price was not competitive. I wonder now if all your pricing will be way overpriced and not competitive. Very unhappy with your overpriced service

Gave accurate estimate of cost and time. We were on our way to Maryland from Miinesota and our van’s catalytic converter was stolen at our hotel. We weee extremely pleased that Midas crew were able to fix so that we could arrive home on same day.

They broke my car, all the dashboard light went on and they denied that they broke it and accused me of bringing it in that condition. Be honest and transparent. You need some people that are honest and accountable.
The Associate backed up the Original Estimate to the Penny. So, I didn't have to worry about any Surprise Added Expenses when I came to pick up my vehicle. You can't be that kind of Customer Service.

been going to this location many years and experienced many managers. This manager is rude. Flagged a problem with my vehicle and manager was not willing to shop for less expensive parts. Shop only had one car in, I guess they just wanted to stand around. Told me at checkout the usual, air filter dirty. Did not ask if I wanted it changed. Coffee 3/4 full, must have been form another day. Waiting area cold and TV was blasting. Rest rooms dirty. Thank your manager, will not be coming back, been coming to location for over 10 years.
Amount of money charged for parts. Serpentine belt was quoted at $102 for a $35 part at the auto parts store, and that’s just the part, not the labor. Chose to do the work on our own as a result.

I thought there was a problem with the front brakes but after the technician took the wheels off he discovered the brakes were fine and the problem was a bent backing plate that he then straighten out the stop the rubbing and the noise it was making.
