I would fire the man who did my intake in my appointment day. He called about 3 hours later saying the price I had been quoted was incorrect, that the gentleman who quoted the day before had quoted the wrong item. He tried to say the guy who quoted had misunderstood me and quoted for back brakes instead if front struts. Uh, so he did NOT. He completely understood me. We even discussed whether or not I needed an alignment after replacing the struts. The quoted was very articulate and understood me completely. On the other hand, the buffoon who tried to gaslight me is severely communication challenged. For one thing, he NEVER ONCE informed me of your posted policy of basically honoring a "misquote". I only found this out when I came to retrieve my car, without having the desired work done, as the policy is posted on the wall. He let me leave having never shared this info w me. I encourage u to pull the phone tapes from the day of my apt and the day before when I got the quote. I will never again do business w Midas. Oh, and I had even opened a credit card w you all in anticipation of this expense. Now I can't use it. This was seriously some kind of fvckery.

In recent years I.'ve got a message telling me Midas services for my three vehicles due to the powder technicians' professionalism and the ease of scheduling service.
Explained the problem and gave me options for corrective action.

This Midas in particular is the best and only auto shop I go to. The technicians are so knowledgeable and caring. They always want what’s best for the customer not what’s going to make the most money. If you want great service go to this Midas on Far Hills.
Called ahead to get a wheel alignment. Ask if they had availability at shop. The manager said ‘sure, we have availability to get you in, come on in’. Checked in around 11 am. With no feedback, at 1:30 pm I asked the manager for an update. He said that I would likely be another hour before he could pull my car in. I asked for my keys back and left since I had a 3 pm meeting. When I was leaving, I asked why he said it was ok to come in to the shop. He denied that he said there was any availability. He is a liar. That was the only reason that I came there after calling several other shops that said that they were busy.
They told me it would take 40 minutes. It took almost an hour and they did my oil change lay, so I didn't get a sticker on my window or my oil change indicator never got reset.The kid said he was rushed but I told them when I got there that I had another appt. Coming up and they assured me it would only take 40 minutes, AND I didn't even have them rotate the tires!

Before I was to pick up my repaired vehicle, I called and told Midas to make sure my tires are inflated to the correct pressure. When I picked the car up, the tires were still under inflated.

The manager Derrick Dalrymple is extremely rude and disrespectful to his employees and customers. My technician Mark Tanner was Great. I would have rated my overall experience highly satisfied if I didn’t have to deal with Derrick. Derrick brags about how much money he makes this location, however, I wonder how much money he will make you once he runs off customers that have been coming to this location for years.

I wish I could remember everyone's name, but Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I took my car to another shop previously, charged $1500 and still didn't fix the problem. Midas, took 25 minutes and found it quickly. My first stop will always be Midas for any future car needs! They looked out for me and took care of me like family. I can't say enough, because I though customer service like this didn't exist anymore.

The Service Manager and Assistant Manager are focused, friendly, and considerate.I have been a customer for seven years and will continue because no matter the issue with the vehicle they call to inform you of the problem and list options for your consideration. Then once you make a decision they always detail the pricing and adviseyou to do this first and safety is paramount. They are the best for serving both my vehicles.

Mark and Steve did a fantastic job of providing me the information I needed to fix a unique parking brake issue. Additionally, Mark provided me the necessary information for rear brake repairs as well as new tire replacement. He went above and beyond by calling me to keep me informed of the parts shipment as well as the ongoing repair. I have used this MIDAS location for many years and Mark and his team are superb at customer service and car repair.
Mark the manager is the best. I would have to say if it wasn't for Mark all these years at the Far Hills store I would have taken my business somewhere else. I took my car to the dealership where it was purchased for its first oil change, and it took them over 5 hours. My brothers' truck is having problems and I'm pretty sure you'll be getting his business.
Internet scheduled appointment did not coincide with location appointment capability. My Oil change happened more than one hour after check in. This same situation has happened in the past.
Don't know the benefit of an appointment when the bays were all full and it was 6 hours later until the work was completed.

My tire had a screw in the tread area. They recommended a new tire. I took it to costco and the screw was less than half an inch long with no damage to the sidewall. Patch for free instead of $220 new tire. Watch these guys.
