Midas has been great over the years.
Because there was no high-pressure attempt to sell me anything. However they did inform me of things that needs to be addressed soon.
Diagnosis first day before closing and second I dropped off car on way to work and car repaired completed for me to pick up after work.
Unlike some other places, they were honest and did not try to change something if it wasn’t necessary
Got what I asked for no pressure for other services

Technician should have aligned car according to specifications. Car was not aligned properly (not at all) and had to take car to tire discounters to correct midas mistake. Tire discounters technucian showed me car's alignment before they adjusted it, and it was way, way off. Rear tires were pointing outward in back side of tires.
I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly service. My car was immediately taken into the shop for service and it didn’t take long at all. I didn’t feel like that I was taken advantage of because I’m a woman. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you

No appointment but just walked in at 8:00 am and Gene recognized me and immediately took my order. Completed with in 4 hours at a fair price!

I think what I had done was somewhat expensive. My brake feel about the same as they did when I I brought it in.
Gene, the manager, kept in touch with me throughout my car's being repaired. He was helpful and courteous. My only concern was coming up with funds for the repairs. I wasn't able to pay outright, so I qualified for credit, but the interest rate was extraordinarily high at 35%!

All of the guys were friendly, the waiting area wasn't cramped up (wasn't real small) and it was clean and pleasant.
I was highly satisfied because I was greeted upon entering, the wait was timely, he found a couple other things that were essentially needed and explained exactly why ( and then showed me the old part so I could see "WHY"), and then finished my car up in timely manner. He gave me some other tips which I grately appreciated. ALWAYS GREAT experience at this Midas!!

I was not at all communicated about the repairs and service during the vehicle repair unless I call them and follow up and ask questions, during my pick up visit of my vehicle after the work was done, the associate was very rude with me and have not answered any questions I asked about the pricing repairs etc, he was like everything is there in the report and he also said that oil change reminder sticker was places on my car dashboard which was a lie and also he is like whatever question you ask next, HE WOULD CHARGE ME 20 DOLLARS PER QUESTION. is this the way to treat me..

My wife’s car front headlight went out and I contacted Gene at midas to schedule an appointment for the first time next day. He gave me a quote over the phone and when we showed up in the morning he advised us to replace both headlights which made sense.
