Made an appointment for an oil change, which was honored. It took about 1.5 hrs to get the oil changed and tires rotated, which was honestly longer than I expected. However, I am left a little bit frustrated that they did not respect my car. No protection was used for my car seats or floor mats, and now I have oil all over my mats (see photo) and shoes and will need to clean up the oil off the mats. They also did not put in a new sticker in the window for the next oil change reminder, which I think is pretty standard. And they forgot to put on all the hubcaps on my wheels, until I reminded them that one is missing. Very sloppy in my opinion. I think I'll go back to Tire Discounters as I have always done.
After I left my coolant light came on 5 miles down the road. I had to pull. The last thing I asked the service person was will you check all fluids. He said definitely. Obviously they didn't. I had to walk to a store and buy antifreeze. They should gave noticed that.

This my go to Midas and I have been very satisfied with both management and techs.One recommendation for the techs is to leave settings the way they found them. My lights were turned off. I just bought the car and still learning the switches. When I got my car back I had to struggle to find my default settings. Not their fault but just a recommendation. Excellent folks.

I had a flat during a two day wedding event. Located the nearest tire repair, luckily Midas! Next morning at 8 o'clock opening I booked at 9:30. Arrived at 9, in bay at 9:05, out at 9:27....FREE! Beat that!
I came in for a routine oil change. During the visit they noticed that all four tires were cracking including the sidewall. They recommended that new tires be purchased. And I agree with that assessment and I appreciate it. However,The quote of tires that he showed me is different than what was actually installed. And looking at whenthe tires were manufactured, it was in 2021. (2521). That means those tires were manufactured two years ago. So for just a little bit more, I would go to another shop to get a better brand and knowing those tires were more recently manufactured.
If there are coupons available, the associate should let the customer know that. It seems a little unethical for a customer to unknowingly pay full price when there are coupons available. We can all benefit from saving a little money nowadays.
I have done business at this location for over 15 years and all my 8 vehicles were maintained here. My latest experience showed me that the change in management has reduced the need to be reasonable on charges and justification of the charges.

When the customer makes an appointment for an oil change the expectation is that Midas will essentially get the vehicle in the bay within 10 minutes of that and perform the service in a timely manner....else what is the purpose of making an appointment? Appointment was at 10am - vehicle didn't go into bay until about 1115. Not acceptable.

Lifetime Midas muffler failed after 7 years on my wife's RAV4, so visited the closest Midas shop to my house. They told me they couldn't access installation records when the work was done at another Midas shop, so I took it to the Midas shop that did the original work. They looked up the paperwork (and told me that all shops were tied in to a central recordkeeping computer), confirmed the muffler had failed, ordered another and told me to come in anytime after its arrival (3 days hence). I did, they installed the new muffler while I waited and that was that. BTW I still have a Midas muffler that was installed on my 73 BMW in either 1989 or 1990--and is still in good shape. But someday...

I scheduled that morning and was approved right away. I waited and that was very short. My only issue was that I scheduled using a discount but it was not there when I checked out. The person fixed it for me, and he admitted that the website is not always the best way to schedule an appointment and suggested I call next time. So all was good except the website scheduling.

I dropped my car off because my breaks are starting to make some notice. I told the check in guy I was getting ready to sell my car but wanted to see about stopping the squeak. They called me later and told me it would be over $900 because all of my pads and rotors needed replaced. Obviously I didn’t select to have services done. Instead I went to another shop and paid $100 to have my front pads only replaced and my car breaks quietly now. Not sure why you’d try to back me into paying $900 with no other option when I stated from the beginning I was selling it. My car is old and run down. What a total joke.

This is the third time I have to change shocks in last few years. They provide poor quality shocks. Although there is life time warranty but I had to pay labor with every change. One time all my tires gone bad due to these poor quality shocks. Poor quality parts ended up costing lot money than genuine parts.
