Repair proved to be difficult in addition the parts provider not delivering in timely manner. Tech did make trip to Advance Auto Parts try to expedite without success. In no way blaming tech for issue but the additional part(s) need which added to delay.

There is always room for improvement in any circumstance. I feel if a business offers free tire rotation with oil changes and you are a regular customer that should be done every other oil change without the customer having to mention it or ask for it.

Put a plastic seat cover on the driver's side and a paper floor mat to keep floors from getting dirty. I asked the guy at the front desk to make sure plastic was on my seat. My car us white on white. Your tech Mario laughed at me. He got the plastic because he seen ne witching him through the glass. When he was done no plastic was in my car and the floor was dirty. Technician get on the ground when looking under the car. That's why I asked him nicely. But they both Mario and front desk guy laughed in my face. I was rude or disrespectful. So why was I treated disrespectful. Why?

Stopped in on Saturday to have a tire replaced. Was informed that they didn't have one in stock but could order one and would be available on Monday. I stopped by after work on Monday and they replaced the damaged tire.

I have never at an issue with any repair(s) made to my vehicle over the years. Service is exactly what you pay for and sometimes more. Have had my repairs done at this location for multiple vehicles and will continue to do so.
I was satisfied overall with my experience with Midas. The customer service was great and when I brought my vehicle back because the issue was still happening they handled it and got the issue resolved within 24hrs.
Waited 3 hours for an alignment that I had an 8am appointment for due to a car from the previous day still being on the alignment machine. Common sense would’ve said get my car done first since I’m waiting and had an appointment then get back to the car that was on the lift previously because the owner wasn’t waiting on that car. But what do I know. Then when asked for a coupon because of how long I waited I was told there was an alignment coupon last month but not this month. It was Sept 2nd. Did nothing for me. Waited 3 hours for a 30 min service operation.
I feel there is always room for improvement and I prefer to have a sticker placed on my windshield stating the mileage for easy access of knowing when my mileage is close to needing to schedule another oil change rather than having to look at the invoice. Your locations don't seem to performance anymore or maybe you have to ask in order to receive the sticker I did the last time I received an oil change. I was in a hurry this time and did not ask. And as i got on the main highway and looked it was the old sticker on the windshield. The invoice also stated a different mileage than my vehicle actually had.

I needed an air filter for the engine of my car. I was told it would be 10 mins longer as it had to delivered. The part did not get delivered until 45 minutes later. The guy at the front desk was so nice and kept calling to see where the part was, although at other Midas’ they have always had the engine air filter in stock and I’ve never had to wait an additional 45 mins on top of the hour it took for the oil change alone .

Ease of scheduling, availability of the equipment, friendliness of the associate, and the wait time wasn't very long.
When I made my appointment, I explained that I need my rotors done and I will get my brake pads fixed the next weekend. My car was dropped off at the scheduled appointment time four hours later I come to pick up my car and the only thing was done was a brake inspection even though that is not what I asked for. I had gotten oil change April 1 and I was towed my brakes look good. Two weeks later I started having problems. I asked for the paperwork on my last oil change and the manager told me no even though he had it he told me to get out of the store and never come back he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything.

Mike was very knowledgeable and personable. He was helpful in getting me what I needed and not pressuring me to do anything else. He made all of my options clear and communicated clearly what the charges were. I had yo ask for clarification because the website was a little confusing when it gave me the price breakdown. While I waited for my vehicle I also saw Mike helping multiple other customers who were repeats. He knew their names it made it feel like a neighborhood/family shop. The technician cleaned up my rims from corrosion and had my vehicle done in great time. My only complaint would be that the television should have the closed captions on for deaf and hard of hearing customers. And I personally wouldn’t want to watch doctor Phil ever again. The employees were rude and disrespectful to me and other customers. They did not care about me or my car. The guy who checked me out upped prices that I did not agree to. Also I asked for an oil change and they automatically charged me the pricey one. They did not give me an oil change sticker. Got oil in my car and reset my trips which I did NOT want done. I will never give my money to midas again
Friendly staff, as little as they had. Was able to get it done in under a day so that was great. Only issue, which i did not communicate, was that i think the added fees on purchasing tires are ridiculous. i looked on line as they were recommended to be replaced and you are charging 2 mounting and balancing fees??? Makes no sense. Too many fees just to put 2 tires on. Will go elsewhere because of that. But do not take away from the job they did on the brakes, they were excellent. Just your Corporate pricing is out of whack on getting tires.

I have been back in Columbus since 2017, and Mike and this location have been servicing my vehicle since. What is needed has always been explained thoroughly to me. Also, if I ask for my old parts I get them. Also, things are done in a timely manner as well. The pricing is a little less than if i took it to a dealership.

The first Midas I went to and scheduled an appointment with could not service my vehicle so I had to go across town to get my vehicle serviced. Then by the time the new Midas looked at it they told me the parts would not be readily available for a few days.
There was no complications in the process. The wait time was adequate and the mechanics were accommodating.
No combines. I feel as a woman, people take advantage due to the "ignorance" of auto repair. They did not.

I needed a water pump and they wanted almost $160 more than another place and wanted $90 for engine coolant. Another woman in the waiting room had a new pump put in and it still leaked! Friendly and attentive but I wouldnt recommend it.
