Everything went smoothly and it didn't take very long... always a plus.
Due I dropped of my vehicle at 7:40am and came back at 4pm and my oil change wasn’t done even though i didn’t have an appointment. Also my maintenance tire light is still on and they said when I drive it for a while it will go off and I drove to Pittsburgh and the light is still on how much driving do I have to do
They are always ready to work and to attend their customers. I work retail so I remember at least 85% of my customers, so the fact that they remembered us from few months back was the icing on the cake for me. If I want the job done Midas is where i go!
Clean the dirty oily finger prints off the vehicle when finished, and be careful not to put scratches on people's cars. My car is white, and there were no scratches on my door when I arrived, however, I did not see the oily fingerprints and scratches until I got home.
Please have the visits scheduled for the same time in the computer as the email you send out. I was scheduled for 8am to 10am by email and when I got there at 8am the staff member told me I was scheduled in the computer for 10:30am.
The staff are always very friendly and they are very courteous and if you have an appointment they will get you in on time and get you taken care of quickly only issue that I would have would cite as an issue is the way that the scheduling takes place online you are kind of Uncertain as to whether your appointment is invalidated I showed up one time in my appointment had not been validated and I was turned away that particular day so what I did this time was I called to make sure that they had me scheduled and I was due to come
Quick turn around, clearly laid out pricing (although of course it did feel quite high!), and professional interactions with Lane at the front desk.

They did get me in shortly after I arrived. They did point out some issues my car had & would need attention to shortly. Sadly they didn't have the engine Air Filter in stock that night.

I was having serious brake issues and they were great. They answered all my questions honestly and called to explain everything that was going on with my car which was a lot. They had my car fixed and back to me quickly.
Maybe a tad bit friendlier first time or two I talked to employee seemed a little agitated but then was nice they out the rest time and I also had an issue where when they got done with the car that the tire was gonna fall off I had to take it back immediately for them to fix it and I told him to keep the car all night so that was a little bit scary other than that pretty pricey when I had to flip that a month before the time I would’ve expected to know the issues that was going on that I had to get fixed now but other than that it was OK
Didn't know I had major undercarriage problems until technicians explained the problems.... thankful I took it there!!!
I came in for an alignment, and after the inspection, I was shown pictures, of why it couldn’t be done. I’m extremely grateful, because we did not know how rusted the front end was and we could have been in accident or broke down on the road. The staff was professional, courteous, and customer oriented.
My car was towed to this location without an appointment. Problem was fixed in 4 days. Employee was consistent when trying to find contacts for my new Midas Credit Card which I have not received yet. I received a new starter. These folks certainly came through for me.

The guy was new who did my oil change. He forgot to reset my system so my oil light isn't on. I'll take it back soon so they can do that. The guy who works the lobby, sign-in area is awesome! He has the best customer service skills!
The location was not in a great part of town. A lady came in and was very rude to the rep and started throwing stuff around. I know it's not the location's fault but I felt a bit unsafe.

Friendly workers, the person at the register was super friendly and helpful especially with financing options. Showed me exactly what was wrong and told me what needed to be done with the brake pads and rotors got everything done in a timely manner
The workers did not even acknowledge me for some time, although they were busy. Then I was quoted an extremely high price for an oil change and when I explained that's over double what I normally pay, the man basically called me a liar. I did not stay for service and will NEVER patronize a Midas again.
Service was fast and easy and the associates where super nice
Went to get struts, shocks, brake pads, and rotors. Car was still squeaking badly when I would drive longer than 5 minutes. And after a few more minutes, brakes would start to run against rotors again like nothing was fixed. Everytime I would go over the smallest bump or dent, car would still squeak very loudly as if the struts weren’t touched. Took it too PEPBOYS the next day to get new tires and had them look at my brakes and struts, was told that they were bad.
I went in to get my oil change and tire alignment. They refused to work on my car. They said and in their exact words that it's a lemon. I drive a nice 2009 eclipse. I went in on presidents day. I think they just didn't want to work on my car.

I had purchased four brand new tires for my 2012 Madza 6I Sport Sedan)license OH. #GRS1056), including an extended warrantly on all tires and required service rotation. However, I began to experience a leak repeatedly on my from Driver's side tire, and subsequently took it to the Midas Shop#204 on four different occasions, and was given a different explanation (Incompetent) to what cause the air leakage, however, no inspection, the technician just inflated the tire @ 321 PSI and that was it. The fourth time, I was told that I needed a new tire rim, which was causing the leak. My question, is it normal procedure to inspect the rims before replacing four brand new tires, and why did it take four attempts to remedy this problem. I spoke to Mgr. and demanded a new tire replacement(invoice #0161263). Dissatisfied customer.

I was overall satisfied with my service, however it was not communicated very well that the wrong part came in for my car, I had to call at 6pm which was closing time to see what was going on with my car luckily someone answered the phone or I would have been left in the dark.
The experience did not exceed my expectations, it met my expectations which is why I was satisfied, also the waiting area was very congested for the amount of business you guys received on that particular day. I assume weekends are your busiest days.

Well, the guys were very nice and polite, the problem I have is when I left the shop. They put no sticker on my window to tell me when my next oil change is, they did not reset my car. I have a push start car and it has to be reset after every oil change. I've been other places and they just do it.

I really appreciated the mechanics taking the time to squeeze my vehicle in for diagnostic. They weren’t able to service my vehicle, but I appreciated the honesty. The fact that they acknowledged they wouldn’t be able to help me, but still provided me with valuable information at no charge shows the integrity of the workers at Midas. I would 100% bring my vehicles back for service as they’ve earned my trust.
