James did my car inspection and gave me options.
I got ripped off after purchasing a used truck that was not as advertised. I stupidly waited until after purchase to bring it to Midas. Nonetheless, they did a great job pointing out and explaining the various flaws of the vehicle and helping me think through how to approach the situation. At the suggestion of the dealer that sold it to me, I brought the vehicle to a second mechanic, who more or less pointed out the same flaws. Christopher Swim was totally honest with me and blunt yet supportive. I am very thankful for how he handled the situation.
I trust Tyler Jett. He always shows me with photos what needs to be done. He is very customer service friendly and listens to me and then recommends what can wait until the next time i bring my vehicles in for service. You can watch from the waiting room what the mechanics are servicing on your vehicle. Honors coupons even when I forget to bring them.

I was able to wait there while they changed my oil and rotated the tires. It was done in less than an hour. The only concern I have is that my oil chg warning still comes on. Maybe it will go away in a couple days. I know it has to reset.

Fantastic friendly helpful customer service. I had a low pressure tire and they immediately took the time the bring it in and full check each tire for leaks. I really appreciated their quick help.
Work took significantly longer than stated. When additional work was required, the updated length of time was not communicated. A problem at check out was not communicated until a significant time had passed. That final problem was not resolved as reported. When I called to report the lack of resolution I was told not to return because it was an hour before closing. When I said Monday was going to be a challenge, I was told just to bring it in when I could. When the issue is with the brakes on your car, it’s not particularly comforting to know it’s not been resolved.

I’ve used this location before and they really helped me in a pinch so I ran into a similar issue and they were the first place I thought of calling in a bind. Sure enough they were able to help me out again in a very timely fashion and answered any questions I had.
The quickness that my car was inspected and repaired
Was upsold for things I didn't need. Once I saw the email of what work was to be done, I called back 5 mins after approving the work over the phone but was told too late that the work already starated.

The associate Tyler answered my call Wright away. That was a delight based on the 3 or 4 previous calls I had just made. I received new tires through the mail, and Tyler assured me he could get them mounted for me that day. It was a pleasure doing business.
I came in with a nail in my tire. I wasn't sure if I needed a plug or a whole new tire. Tyler explained to me where my nail was that patching wasn't an option and showed me the tires that were available and price between each of them.

It’s close and convenient
The person helping me tried to get me to get my air and cabin filters changed with you. Then another associate came out and didn’t say excuse me or hey man he just showed me the filters and told me I need to get them changed. Well I’m not paying close to 300 bucks that I did myself for just over 31 dollars. He was rude and I felt very disrespected.
Your techs are always helpful, kind, patient and most importantly honest. I really truly trust them and appreciate them every time I’m there. The people make the difference- honesty and genuine helpfulness is what makes the difference. I hope you reward them and appreciate this wonderful group of young men.

A thirty min wait was suggested when the vehicle was dropped off for service. We explained our availability was limited since we had to pick up a child from school. Waited nearly 1 hr for inspection in the end without class updates on timeline. The suggested fix was not well explained and included fixing things that were not necessary (a whole new braking system on 4 year old car) out of ignorance of how to fix discussed issue specifically. Very suspicious. Quote ended up being triple what was priced at another corporate establishment. In the end only rear brakes needed pads and rotors. Instead Midas quoted replacing pads, rotors and calipers for bot front and back axels.
The courtesy of the manager, was very un kind , I went in to get.breaks fixed and oil change, now my car is smoking, an there not doing anything about it , an also my check engine light will not go off , I’m very upset..
This Midas location has great management and staff. They are always friendly and helpful, and clearly explain everything you need to know. This has been my consistent experience at this store over many years and several cars. I always recommend them for service needs
I purchased an oil change and requested service on my air conditioner. The oil changer was accomplished without problem. The air conditioner problem was more extensive than expected. While an associate explained the issue with the air conditioner appropriately by phone and I made the decision to partially address the issue (due to cost), my pickup experience was not positive. The associate who checked me out did not explain the limitations of the repair done, and when I discovered that only the air conditioner recharge only resulted in cool air in two of the 4 front seat air vents, and I asked him about this, he was dismissive and did not readily share information. I was not rude or disrespectful at all, but the way he communicated with me made me feel that it was wrong of me to ask questions. I had had a very positive opinion of the garage before this check-out experience, but now am not sure whether I will go back, all due to the lack of communication and attitude of the associate of the associate who checked me out.
Return call or information on estimate! Give honest idea of cost- don’t sticker shock people by saying there’s a 300% increase in parts rt now and you even have the parts
