Both the mechanic and front desk person was super helpful and professional. They got me in instantly and gave me peace of mind with my breaks. They also explained the lifetime warranty and proper maintenance for my truck.

The manager/owner was highly knowledgeable and very nice. Communicated well and broke everything down. Answered all my questions. Gave me an additional promotion discount of $30 to my bill -being well over the required $300+ spent. The maintenance technicians Kevin and experienced head technician, Al, did excellent work on my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado and I fully trust their knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend and will tell others to utilize their business. My prior mechanic is in the past. Rear view mirror. This is my go to place for my Jeep - here on out. It’s all about trust and maintenance knowledge and excellent work. They also have specials and discounts which is a huge plus.

I arrived at 8am to find the doors locked, the man I presume is the manager showed up after a few minutes but didn't have keys to open the building. So he took my keys and just wrote my info down on a piece of paper.They took 4 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation, but when they called me in to pick up my car, the tires weren't yet rotated so I had to sit and wait.Then the same guy tried to upsell me on a service for next time, clearly he did not read the room. Also charging $90 for an oil change seems absurd, synthetic or not.Overall the people were very friendly and apologized, but there was just too many mistakes for one simple visit. And the pricing really was unacceptable.Lower the price of an oil change, don't upsell to a customer who has experienced issues in their services, and open the store on time.
Associate tried to overcharge quoting higher price than what was mentioned in Midas website. Also after repeatedly asking if any extra charge for service he didn’t respond. And later added $210 extra. I was most bothered how he wanted to overcharge thinking I wouldn’t check Midas website price. This is unethical practice using Midas brand name. I will never go back and will not recommend anyone. Had to go 2 times for alignment fix even when I paid for the service. They didn’t give any report what was done. I believe they didn’t do the alignment but charged me anyways. When I went back and showed them alignment is off as it was before, I stood there and got it fixed. Not trustworthy at all.

Need upfront pricing. Other locations had their pricing advertised and it was significantly cheaper than this location. I assumed pricing was the same across locations. Overall the cost was ridiculous - $250 for an alignment and balancing is insanity. And this was after the cashier supposedly gave me a manager discount of $20.

Went in for an oil change. Changed my oil quickly. Afterwards I was Told they didn’t top off my fluids because my fluids were dirty. I was Then told I needed Tires, which I could tell, but they told me I had the cheapest tires from Walmart… I informed them the last tires I got was from a Midas. Then was told i had an oil leak and that I needed New shocks. I felt Like at this point I was Being taken advantage of… I was a woman by myself. Then after I left I called To confirm that they did indeed top off my fluids and he said no and that it would be 200$ per fluid to drain and refill. At this point I knew I was Being up charged. That has NEVER happened to me during an oil change. Now my fluids are all low because I refuse To go back to a place where I felt Like I was Being taken advantage of. I left A Google review and they responded immediately saying if I came Back they would top off my fluids…. Of course they would after I left A review. When I called He refused to top them off. I will Not be going back to Midas for my car services based off of how I was Treated.
I just wanted an oil change before a road trip. The misleading oil change sign got me to go in. My normal mechanic was unavailable .The upselling was nonstop .
Made an appointment day before so I wouldn’t have to wait. Arrived at time first thing and when I got there attendant said I would have to wait 2 hrs forr an oil change. I left and went somewhere else was in and out in 15 mins

The employee overcharged me for an oil change. It was 70$ for a 2012 Hyundai Accent. He knew I came in based off a Groupon price and still charged me the full amount. Only offered me full synthetic and nothing else. He was very rude and unhelpful.
I was given the impression that rotors had a lifetime warranty. That was why I chose Midas over Mavis. Then it turned out just the pads had that warranty. Also the next day I found a lug nut in my driveway--not too thorough I guess.

I felt that most of the repairs were pushed upon me when they said my car had failed the inspection. I could not understand how ALL of these deficiencies occurred within the prior 12 mos when my car passed inspection only 12 mos ago and I only put 8,000 miles total on the car during that time. ~ But my car was being held hostage, so I had NO choice.

I went in for a full Synthetic oil Change. The service advisor was extremely friendly and helpful but the problem is that he is 100% dishonorable and dishonest despite his fake friendly helpful demeanor. The $100 oil change became a $4,500.00 fake estimate for additional unnecessary work. I went to another shop to get a second opinion and verification of his recommended work. He specifically said the air and cabin filters were completely filthy ($100), struts, stabilizers, shocks were trash ($2500.00), all brakes and rotors were trash ($1,000.00), all fluids were filthy ($500.00) and potentially an additional tune up which was literally 1000.00s more. I took to another shop and they showed me the filters were clean, the fluids (transmission and brake) were clean. Only the coolant should be flushed and changed. The struts, shocks, stabilizer, etc were completely fine. I was outraged by the complete dishonesty and upset of this "nice and helpful" service manager.

The man working the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. Yelled at me for giving my boyfriends number instead of mine. Proceeded to tell me he doesn’t understand how I drive the car cause it’s an older model … I said it drives okay to me his response was “yeah well maybe to someone like you” I’m not really sure what that was supposed to mean.
This is my second time bringing my car in for service. Both times the customer service was above and beyond my expectations . The jobs were done thoroughly and in a very timely matter.

Brought van in for NYS Inspection and Oil Change. Simple right? I was called up and was told I need new brake rotors and pads. My steering fluid and collate needs to be flushed and changed, and my cabin filter needs to be changed. I’ve read reviews about how this location try’s to not only upsell you but tells you things that you don’t even need. I was skeptical before but now i totally believe it. Shame on you! I will never come back or recommend this place ever again. It’s a real crime. Now I understand why it was busy.

This was the first time when I took the car to Midas for the oil change. Technician told me quite a number of things which needed to be fixed or replaced. It was quite shocking to me as I normally take the car to the dealership and never heard about so much stuff to be replaced or fixed whether it was filters, fluid change or spark plugs replacement. Being a non-technician, we have to rely upon what the expert is saying in this case Midas professional. Just not too sure when we walk into these service stations for something minor and come out lot more in terms of work and expense.

I went in to this location recently to get my car horn. The main guy there (Ed) was extremely helpful and friendly. He made sure that my car?s horn wouldn?t have the same problem again and even applied a 40 dollar coupon at the end. I cannot recommend this
