I took my vehicle to Midas after receiving a recommended "to do" list from my dealer. Midas beat the dealer on most prices and even saved me a lot of money by recommending I put off one of the replacements until I experience a problem, which probably won't happen while I own the vehicle.

Communication. I was always left hanging on phone for some 10 minutes.. sometimes longer until it went to VM. Also repair time. For my car it took 6 weeks. Truth to be said, it appears the repair was done responsibly and with good quality. However I had to spend over $2,000 for rental car, extending time day by day because I was promised to have the car fixt the next day.. witch was not true for many weeks. I think you can see from this experience what can be improved.

It was easy to schedule the appointment. The price was about $35 more than a competitor’s estimate, but the pads were guaranteed for life, so the difference in price seemed worth it. I can't say enough about this Midas shop! I was traveling when my check engine light came on the result of which I needed a catalytic converter. Since I was quite a way from home, I didn't want to wait till I got home to have it replaced.
