Very professional service
I needed a State Inspection and knew that I probably needed new tires, which I did, and I needed my tail light fixed which was done. I didn't expect the other things that needed to be done, but was not really surprised either. And I was given a warranty of much of the service done.
Stick to appointment time. Especially first thing in the morning. Since this Midas branch has switched ownership service quality has dropped drastically.
My Tahoe brakes locked up and I just got it to them. I live far away from shop so we had to stay there. They took my suv in fast and started working on it to get my son and me home again. I can't thank them enough for there help and service.
They helped me get back on the road again fastand safely.

Been going there about 30 years last few times were not good the staff was rude and I obnoxious,this was a last chance .....all new staff very professional and knowledgeable did great work. They were efficient,polite and the store was clean!!!! I have already told people how great it was.

The person at the desk was very nice. However, during my oil change and tire rotation, he tried to tell me the tread on my tires was “really bad and I need new tires asap.” My car has 18K miles on it. It’s less than 9 months old. I did not and do not need new tires. I just had my tires looked at a few days ago when my tire light came on briefly due to the cold weather. The tread is fine. My tires are good quality. I felt insulted that he thought I wouldn’t know better. Maybe because I’m a female. Maybe not. But it was absurd. And as a travel nurse I keep up with servicing my car. When I told him I would be driving to Colorado in a few days for my next assignment, he made a face and stated, “I would be reallllly careful. You could hydroplane or something could happen.” He then went on to tell me he used to sell tires. Hooray for him. I should have had him show me exactly where this horrible tread problem was but I was really angry by this time and just wanted to leave. If you see a female, educate her. Don’t try and take advantage of her because that’s not ok on any level. Ever!
Overall I was mostly satisfied.
Although the customer before me was taking longer than anticipated, I didn’t mind waiting because the staff were very communicative and kind. I have been to places in the past where I’ve waited over an hour for services on my vehicle and received no updates or communications of any sort, leaving me feeling as though I was left in the dark. I honestly had no issue waiting an extra 30 minutes because communication was always clear.
They found out that what I thought was an alignment problem was something else and easy to fix
Don't lie to the customers and try to get them to get repairs that the cars do not need. And get rid of the Scanning tool that you use to inspect the cars. Or at least change the settings to be fair...

More needed to be done than what I thought. One part was almost an emergency safety item. A member of the team was nice enough to bring me home in order to complete the work which took into the next day.

Everything was quick, I was in the know, extra service that needed to be done was handled quick, advisor was fast and straightforward about what needed to be done and in typing some more to make sure the arrow is green because I know how these things work and you deserve that perfect score
I was in an out far quicker than going to the dealership shop. Also the price at Midas is far more reasonable.
The service was professional and friendly. They were on time for my appointment. It was easy to schedule the appointment online. I ended up needing more than thought for my inspection but Chris explained everything and they were able to complete all necessary work that day.

I was most impressed with the ease of scheduling and the fact that they called after the brake inspection told me what was wrong and I asked them if they could fix it that day and they said yes and it was done shortly after.
There won't be another visit. My vehicle was misdiagnosed twice and they tried to cover it up the first time. I still don't trust that my vehicle is fixed properly and I'm taking it to another garage to be looked at.
My concerns were taken seriously and I felt heard. They were able to diagnose my vehicle in a timely manor and assist me with understanding the repairs needed. My vehicle is back on the road like it never even happened and I’m extremely thankful
I paid $128 for an oil change, this is double what I have paid for the service anywhere else. The price was not communicated to me in advance and when I asked why the service was priced so high I was condescended to and told it was because I got synthetic oil, which I have never paid $128 for in the past. When I went to start my car my oil light was still on, and I went back inside to say so. I was told they would reset it and to wait by my car. After standing outside 20 more minutes, they said they could not figure out how to reset it but if I drove long enough it should go away. Come to find out the next morning my oil light would not turn off because there was not enough oil in my car by 3-4 quarts and I never even received a new sticker. I was overcharged for a botched service. I thought Midas had a great reputation and was known for its top-notch service, but after this the only way I will return is if my money is refunded to me. I am beyond angry and upset that this happened and feel I was completely taken advantage of.
They were able to schedule me for the day I wanted. They completed everything I needed done and the price was right. Chris always explains what is going on with my vehicle. I never feel taken advantage of and I know I can trust them.
Ordered tire service on website. Service was not able to be completed when I scheduled on website. They had to order my tires and there were additional fees I was not told about when I scheduled the service on the website.
I needed two rear brake pads, rotors, and calipers for a bmw. The brakes were fixed within 2 hours, which was impressive.
Went there for a special $50 synthetic oil change and was charged $92 for the service.

The shop seems to be understaffed and not able to work on vehicles in the appointment time.
I have taken all my vehicles (3) to Midas for years to have oil changes done and tire rotations they usually use my coupon with no problem and I get a fair price considering I’m a loyal customer. This last visit my 19 year old son had to go by himself to get his oil change that I setup over the phone for him. The Midas in Rochester NH took advantage of him and over changed him. They also did not rotate the tires which was one of the things in the oil change coupon. The over changes us and when I called they made a bunch of excuses up and I did not receive anything in return to fix the problem. I won’t be taking any of my three Jeep back after this experience

When I called to make the appointment I explained everything I needed and thought I needed. But when I showed up to the appointment it was not in the system so I had to rexplain and when they called with an update they seemed to have forgotten again. I understand system malfunction so it did not effect my opinion on any if the employees. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would still go back for sure.

i Belive the price of 6:45 dollars was way to high for a part that cost roughly 150 dollars, and for 2 hours worth of work thats a bit high in my book

The mechanics at Midas seem pretty knowledgeable and nice. The lady behind the desk is abrasive and can be pretty rude at times. The place over charges for work. Why go here when VIP is right next door? No issues with attitudes at VIP. I'd say more but hey I had to learn for myself.... You be the judge!
