Well to encourage future business I would think you would be less demanding on simple task to develop a good relationship. I did feel $70 dollars was excessive to remove one bolt, 10 minutes work with commercial tools. And that why l do most of my own work and I understand what is required and how to do it.
It wasn’t that I was not satisfied. I just know that there’s always room for improvement in businesses. Everyone was polite and I believe they were thorough. There was a missed quote on the amount that I was told I would be liable for. But when I made the payment it was about $40 difference. And then I had to wait a day before they could provide the service because they did not have the equipment available. Otherwise everything was well and I do appreciate the service.
Please do not tell customers a specific time and then go back on that time. I waited over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change

They went above and beyond in checking my vehicle for additional issues that may have been missed during my last service last week at a different mechanic. They were able to inform me and repair what the other shop didn't do.
Being fair and honest with a customer with keep them coming back. I was told that I needed 17 K oil change. I had to ask multiple times if I actually had to have it because it was a necessity or if it was a recommendation and was left still confused whether I needed it or not, I decided to not get it until I could ask my brother. I was also told that I needed to have my tires balanced before I could have an alignment and I found out that was not true when I went to get an alignment somewhere else for a cheaper price
I had a coupon for an oil change/tire rotation. When the clerk was inputting me in the system, she asked if I wanted new air filters. Since a "multi check inspection" was included, I said I doubt it, but can you just tell me how bad they look? Later when I was checking out, they didn't mention the filters; when I asked how bad they were, the service person said "oh you declined to have us change them so..." I said you checked them right? Eventually he said yeah, they looked fine - but honestly, I don't believe they were checked. Then when I got back in my car, there's not even a sticker on the windshield; the old oil change decal was still there. Did they even change my oil?? I hope so. Anyway I don't trust this location now and I won't be back.
Since 2017 the service has definitely improved extremely well at my location in Leawood. The current staff is very good now.
When a customer tells you that they have a certain problem that you don’t tell them something they already know.
Went in for a tire repair/plug. It took 2 hours to complete. And the repair did not hold. Which put me trying to have it repaired on a Sunday in a very short window before a flight!!! Not good. Super slow service and the repair did not work. Staff was friendly and did squeeze me in. But it was too long of a wait and was not repaired properly.
The service personnel are very courteous and informative. This was my first experience with Midas and I will only use them from now on. Very impressed.

The midas on troost didn't tighten my oil filter. Oil leaves out. I went back and they said everything was dine but it still leaked. I had to fix myself

I had been looking for a place to get my brakes done. I just don't trust all the mixed reviews on all these smaller shops. I happened on a Midas and they were so helpful and got me in even without an appt. The man who helped us, who I believe was the manager, was very helpful, friendly and approachable. He made sure I knew what was going on as much as he could.
The service man running the front door and acknowledging each customer was extremely helpful, great communication, excellent knowledge with the services being done and informed me what to expect and also extra info to keep my vehicle running smoothly and stay ahead

Previous services that were paid for were not done & I'm being told I still have an issue in the same area. I've spent a lot of money with this company & trusted you as well.
I had an Axel replaced and the mechanic did not put a cap onto my vehicle post service so all of my transmission fluid leaked out the vehicle on my way home. So wasted money on new fluid and I have to bring it back to get serviced again. Now, after paying nearly 500 dollars for repairs,I have to pay for a tow service to bring my vehicle back. Definitely not coming back after this.
Manager was very kind to work to get the work on my car started as soon as she got confirmation on availability of parts. Tyler the mechanic was quick at assessment of the problem and reporting what work needed to be done. The manager and Tyler worked together as a good team to make things go smooth and quick... I noticed that the location needed more help...even though they where short staffed they still made things work
Mechanic was backed up but was intentional whenever he got to my car. He came out at a with me and explained everything thoroughly in a matter than made sense to me. Made sure I understood. Very kind man and was apologetic for the wait as he was only one in at the time.

I have used this Midas location for 20 years. Managers make all the difference is customer satisfaction. The current manager, Michelle, is great, like so many others in the past. (There have been some who, frankly, were terrible.)

I've been working with Midas for 25 years. The location I currently use is near my home. This particular visit involved my sister's car. She called me and said her car wouldn't start. It was around 10AM when I suggested Midas. We called Michele and she asked how soon could we get there! What a great response. No appointment needed. Experienced great management as well as service. Price was fair as well. You folks made me look like a hero to my older sister. I should be thanking you!
Right rear taillight worked off and on and Midas wouldn't even check to see if it was a loose bulb.
I am satisfied with the repairs. I still hear a squeak so I'm concerned about that sound but the car handles well and I feel comfortable driving.
I feel we should at least have one black person is able to work in this shop.

I came in with no appointment and about an hour before they closed. The customer service was very friendly he almost immediately went and looked at my car and said that we can do it we needed to order the parts right now or within the next 30 minutes so they could be delivered and then everything went smoothly from there. So I am highly satisfied with the service as well as it could have cost a lot more and he gave me a great discount. With that and the fact that I came in last minute with no appointment and had my frozen up brake calipers replaced and brakes fixed I am extremely happy and will not go to anyone else in the future.
I feel like since I am a woman they mad up things wrong with my vehicle and seemed upset they could not say anything about my engine because I just had a new engine put into my vehicle.

I did not receive a copy of my inspection checklist, and they did not rotate my tires or tell me why they were not rotating my tires. I had to bring my car back to redo the safety inspection and find out if my tires actually needed to be rotated. I am satisfied with how the issue was resolved as I was given a free oil change for the next time.
