Because he explained the different types of oil changes to me and made a recommendation on which one would be better for my vehicle, and also cares about my safety.

I made an appointment five days before the schedule date. When I arrived, they could not find me in their system and said I would have to wait an hour and a half before I could be served. They also indicated that I wouldn’t have to pay $30 extra for a check engine light Service which they didn’t tell me about when I made the reservation. So I left. I made a subsequent reservation on a Monday to be scheduled at 10 o’clock that Wednesday. Wednesday morning when I check, they said my reservation wasn’t for Wednesday, but it was for Thursday instead. I really consider going to another company. My old service provided. This was extremely frustrating and highly unprofessional. I was disappointed because the last couple of years I’ve had my to do my oil changes and I was extremely satisfied.
Be up front with possible unexpected costs. Price at first was different than final price.
I got a second opinion and found the Midas shop was going to charge me $2,800 for air conditioning work another AC shop said only required a refrigerant charge for $218. The Midas shop charged me $368 for nothing. They said my AC system wouldn’t hold a charge, it leaked that bad and needed a new compressor and condenser.

because even if there is/was an issue, it was resolved. They are honest and cares about each customer that comes in. I like the fact they will tell you what's wrong with your vehicle and then suggest solutions without pressure. They are knowledgeable.
Person behind desk was very rude. Keys and paperwork was brought out to desk. He waited 15 minutes to finish his Panda Express meal before he said my car was ready. They, when I asked about the card for return service for getting free oil change after 4 changes, he stated they don’t do that anymore even though my daughter was there the day before, and had here card initialed.
Dusty, the store manager took care of the problems and concerns that I had with the brake service that was performed by another Midas store. Dusty was a big help and a great problem solving. I was highly satisfied when I left his store.

I had an appointment for an oil change and it took longer than I expected. Adding shop fees may be a common practice, but I don't see any reason that all required costs are not included in the advertised price.

Dropped off vehicle during a scheduled appointment at 8 am, I was called at 12 noon saying my vehicle was ready for pick up, and came back for my vehicle at 3:30pm. Just to be told my inspection is still not done. Could not wait to get inspection

Don’t stand in view of customers chain smoking cigarettes while a customer asked you a question and you said you’d be right back with an answer… don’t have supervision that suggests outrageous solutions with potentially detrimental consequences.
I came to get a tire fixed that was losing air and was able to get it repaired the same day of it's occurrance.
The group was highly professional and helped me out. I was traveling through the state and my exhaust went out. They were able to squeeze me in and help me get back on the road. I cannot express how thankful I am for their help.

Took longer than expected for a oil change; appointment was for 2pm and was not completed until almost 4pm.
I had a 2:00 appt - car not taken until 3:30 - no one communicated to me there was a delay when I checked in. Car not finished until 4:30 = employee trying to sell me an additional $1,000 in services/repairs during a miserable experience. After car was done and I left, interior of car in driver area is filthy with grease - steering wheel was black with it and I now have black grease stains in my carpet (my car is maintained extremely clean.) Worst car experience I have ever had - had female employee had the courtesy and presence of mind to tell me there was a 90 min delay I never would have stayed.
On 02/20 I made an appointment with Midas for an oil change for 02/21. I said that I had a $49.99 coupon for it and asked if there were any additional fees. I was unconditionally told that there were none. When settling the account I pointed out a $3.00 "Shop Supply" fee and was told that it was part of a breakdown of the coupon amount. However, the pretax subtotal was $52.99, exceeding the coupon amount by the amount of the "Shop Supply" fee. Midas charged me for something that I was told that I would not be.Midas should refund to me the overcharge.

Several years ago I came to Midas when I needed to get the ABS system for our car, because I felt respected and the service was great, plus they kept me informed through the process. I also like the dicsounts Midas offers for some services. So I've been coming there for all of my Oil changes, and for the other things I need done to keep my car in shape.
Lower prices no one should have to pay 2400 dollars for brakes unless they're getting a whole brake system

The associates worked hard to find the rotors needed for my vehicle because they have been back order so long. I was also called and informed about a possible price change due to the high demand of product but things were still done in a timely manner.
I have been delinquent on most of the required periodic checks and preventive maintenance since purchasing the vehicle 8 years ago and racking up 103K miles. Mike and his team discussed all of the systems I should have checked to bring myself up to date for maintenance. He determined I did not need a brake replacement, but did flush my brake fluid, my coolant, and my transmission fluid, per our agreement. There are several other fluid changes required, but I want to do those myself. During the entire maintenance process, I felt The staff were being completely honest with me and helping me make the appropriate decisions for upkeep to keep my truck running for a long time. That is critical for me, as my daily round trip drive to work is long and breakdowns down in the city can be dangerous. The prices was very reasonable for the maintenance done compared to several other maintenance centers I received quotes from. I think I will stick with my local Midas team for my automotive maintenance needs.

Another vehicle being serviced at the same time "just exploded" according to employees/mechanics. Lots of smoke flooded waiting area and chemicals apparently got on my tire vehicle and now won't come off. Especially my driver front tire.
For all of the tire help they gave and all the work, the tire mount and balance didn’t cost much. Definitely went above and beyond!!!

DISHONEST! I went in for an oil change. The serviceman told me that I needed a new battery. I had just purchased a new battery 8 months prior. I got a second opinion and found that my battery was fine. He also told me that I had a serious oil leak. My oil light came on not long after leaving. I took the vehicle to a different place to be checked and found that the serviceman at midas didn't fully tighten my cap. I.e he caused my oil leak. I got another oil change and have had no problems since.
