Never again will I return. The guy that got in my vehicle doesn't have a license and yet drove it. Him and the guy in the office were talking bad about the other employee right there in front of me. Shady people.

A little bit pricey. I know I could have had the work done at less cost, however the synchrony card (which I am thankful for!!) limits where I can go for repair work. They did forget to reconnect something so my engine light was on, but when I brought that to their attention, the problem was promptly solved.

To be fair the the poor quality work was done at the Beechmont Av Cincinnati shop and Im responding to a survey about a Midas shop in Lexington that hopefully fixed the poor installation work. The first shop neglected to tighten down the heat shields and other parts. The muffler began to rattle within a couple days. The Lexington shop wouldnt honor the warranty and charged for tightening things up. Not a great experience.

Got a oil change. Two days later noticed my car wasn't running right.. Went to check the oil and they broke my dip stick off in the motor and didn't even tell me..tried to dig it out with a ***** driver. Sad!Would recommend this place to anyone.
