It was difficult trying to find out exactly what the price would be. The sales rep was nice and advised me he would get the part price and call me back before performing an additional test that he was suggesting. I needed a part ordered so I picked up my car and later found 4 screws that were left out of my vehicle. It made me concerned as I don’t know where they came from. I gave the screws to the sales rep when I came back today to get my repair completed.
I had asked for general check on the the systems of my car as well as an oil change. However they had tried to give me back my car after an oil change only with no recommendations on how to fix the noise I had asked them to check out. Had to ask them again, then they addressed several problems I had with my car. Was happy to know what to fix at that point.
Well my vehicle was a return to the shop for an issue with brakes. I had explained that I had tremendous squealing and excessive dark where brake dust on my rims in the front. The squeaking was continuous. The same associate met me as last time, his name was Cody. He explained to me that the product I chose was a bad product, and he had experienced this before. He told me of a better grade replacement, but I was confused at the additional charge. He simply told me I can't lose a customer over a faulty product. The same demeanor and professionalism that he showed me on the initial purchase and service of my vehicle. If you're in any metro area, downtown and you need service.. you're likely to get the runaround ..without focus on return visits by that customer or guest., Cody focused on continuing patronage instead of the fast dollar game. Great job by a big box store and a great employee. I'll be back.

I ordered tires with promo pricing online. I received an email saying the local store would reach out to me to schedule an appointment. They never did. I called the store to schedule the install and had to reschedule because tires were not available. When they became available I was told the promo pricing no longer applied. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I scheduled appointment online for tire install. Never heard back. Called two days prior and tech mentioned an email was sent confirming (it wasn’t). Tech said tires should be in and they were checking to ensure and would call back. Never received a call but received email my appointment was confirmed. Went to appointment and tech informed me tires weren’t there. They had no clue what was going on. They tried to sell me a different tire that was more expensive and said it would also require additional charge for alignment. Total cost would have been $400 more than what was originally communicated. They would not work with me at all, left store without any resolution other than to pay 50% more than intended to. Service person was not friendly or helpful.
Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Will never return again.
