The first person I talked to was Brandon. Brandon made the entire experience quick and painless. He was very clear on how the process of fixing my AC would be handled and even extended an Uber to get me to and from the shop. Scheduling was easy. The day I came to get the work done is when I met Steve. He too was very friendly and clear on how the work would be done. My car was fixed AHEAD of schedule. Best car shop experience I’ve ever had.

I went in for my regular oil change and chose to pay for the tire rotation which is no longer free with oil change and my tires were found to be dry rotting. These were the original tires on 10 year old car. Had I said no I may been driving and the tires could have caused an accident when they finally shedded.
I brought in my 2012 BMW 535i for suspension noise. I am still having this issue after being told the vehicles suspension was fine and all that was needed was a wheel alignment. I was told that the vehicle was inspected by two technicians and was test driven. No suspension issues were found. I had the wheel alignment performed, as suggested. I can still hear/feel the worn shock bounce around while driving.

It was pretty easy to set up the appointment and when I pulled up they were ready for me. I went across the street for a quick milk shake and by the time I got back my car was done Midas is pretty much going to be my go-to from now on.
I was highly satisfied with my experience because my car was in bad shape for a while but after getting it fixed it feels so much better and brand new.
inspect auto after service make sure the auto is in same condition it was before servicefix any problems caused by Midas service techs.

I called to get a price, it was nice that they told me of the on line discount they offered and I was given a range that I should fall into. Once I got there and the oil disposal fee (which I think is a BS charge considering I can drop off any waist oil at any oil change site for free) the shop fee's and whatever else was added jumped the price up by about $20 from what I was told on the phone. I would not have driven out to this location if I was told the actual price. I felt like it was a bait and switch. The same thing happened to me at another oil change place and I won't go there any more.
What can i say? if it was free i would be highly satisfied, otherwise it was better than most other places i have used in the past
The staff was incredibly helpful and thoroughly explained the issue as well as the possible solutions. Matt was able to explain the issue over the phone to my family member to ensure the best decision was made.
This was my 3rd of 4 visits this year, Oil Change in March, Front Brakes in April, Back Brakes in May, Muffler replacement in July, Oil Change this visit. Each visit was exceptional service.

Oil change took 90 minutes and as I started to drive home I noticed an engine warning light . My first thought was maybe they didn't put oil in . A number of years ago a friend had that happen and the engine was damaged. I turned around and went back to Midas and the tech said he knew exactly what was wrong. In checking the air filter they unplugged a harness and didn't plug it in.
Every worker I encountered were nice and helpful. They explained everything to me to the point that I didn't have any questions. Also, everyone seems to get along well with each other.
Nothing particular. Not the fault of the facility it was understaffed.
Management was great and was able to give me a detailed explanation as to what my issue and other problems were. Tech did great and was thorough.

My husband only used Midas for services to his cars for years, he passed away last month and I only knew to use and trust Midas for fair priced and good service.
I scheduled an oil change for my 75 yr old father who has cancer, a heart problem and is on oxygen. We scheduled the appointment so he could be in and out and not have to wait, the oil change took over 90 minutes. Additionally, I called to verify price because I get my oil changes at the Evanston location and have always been more than happy and think it's a fair price...I was told it was $39.99 for up to five gallons...I told them he needed semi-synthetic or synthetic and confirmed it's the same price...then he was told it was going to be $85.99...He told them forget it and was going to leave, so they gave him $20 off, but that's not even close to $39.99...The whole experience was so upsetting to him that he was wiped out for the whole day.

Based on my experience, I would suggest that you hire well qualified personnel that actually perform their job and complete their assigned jobs in a timely manner instead of constantly walking around on their phones and vaping. As a mechanic shop and not a cigarette store, I think that your employees need to be retrained in the ACTUAL purpose of a job and quit trying to be hip or cool and milk the clock.

I visited your store for an oil diagnostic on an issue I had already brought my vehicle in for. The tech correctly identified the issue this time ($60) but I had paid over $1000 on my last visit. I wish it had been correctly diagnosed the first time so I could’ve made an informed decision about what to purchase.

When it came to the new midas card I had applied before bringing in my car it stated upon approval that if I brought my car in for service before my card arrived that the associate could easily look up my info... that was sorely not the case

This location was my favorite. I’ve gotten my car serviced there before and I was always so nervous to bring my car anywhere so I always did all the maintenance myself but i gave it a try and I was very pleased with the service. how ever this time to start it off I was over charged and I’ve never experienced such bad and unprofessional customer service. It was horrible and the problem was never solved I am furious that I even had to pay a Penny to this place. I will never come back and I want to speak to someone about this altercation that happened.

I was on a 700 Mile trip to see my 88 year old brother and as we we’re about half way we had brake problems and we had just stopped for lunch, there was a Midas shop next to us so they looked at it and came to where we were eating with the estimate and went to work on it and had it fixed in 2.5 hours and we made it to our distination 3hours later. The only thing wrong was the mileage they put on the bill.Don Tilus

Well, jerry, i could write a term paper and email it to you about my last experience, but since you didn't care much about the fact that i was here in 5/11/22 and 7/19/22 and you couldn't figure out that i needed a line hose, which costed me another $287 in labor and $40 in freon not 7 days later, it shouldn't surprise me that you didn't catch water pump either. also, i shouldn't have been at surprise to see that the original estimate from our agreed upon $1250 at the beginning of saturday went to $1,600 at the end of monday, because you can't seem to remember to tell me that all three motor mounts needed to be replaced.well, jerry, we are in a real situation now. i wouldn't come back, but in 11/18/21 you sold me an tie rod outer right and then made me come back on 11/23/21 because i had to have the'replace right front hub bearing'. labor was 120.99 plus396.99. britany didn't seem to remember. well, i know i should get some better tires, but i might need both of those things replace. britany seems to think it will cost $275 because she says theres no kit, but i would think otherwise. i don't think she looked hard enough.

they made me wait at least 3 days for a condenser, but they forgot to get a line hose.they said that i needed a line hose, which would take another day, but i couldn't leave it there, because i had to go to work. so, i told them to put the condenser in, but they put more freeze on in as well, for $100 i see. the good year woman that i was on the phone with just told me that after she finds the part for me, that she'll have to put that freeze on back in, because she's sure that i'll wait that 2lbs of freeze on put back in.

I brought my car in back in February I hit a patch of ice and ended up in a ditch there was grinding in the front end John the technician told me it was the front brakes and rotars so I had them replaced when we took it for a test drive the problem was still there he told me the brakes needed time to work themselves in. The problem never went away only worsened I brought my car back after having a friend test drive and it turns out the problem was a wheel bearing not brakes at all so it cost me $500 and 3 hours of my time for service that was never needed. My original brakes were less than one year old but what do I know I'm a single women. When I brought my car back trent confirmed it was wheel bearing very professional and extremely talented young man but I still had to pay another $300 because Midas did not owe up to being responsible for fixing something that wasnt broken. The original tech had a severe drinking problem which I saw his mug shot in the paper for DUI if it wasnt for Trent Midas would have never touched my car again especailly after not being willng to work with me on pricing or even try to make the situation right. I commend Trent for his honesty. Next google
