Each oil change it states that you rotate tires. When I asked about that service being done to my car they stated "oh we didn't do that, you'll have to come back another day". I did not make an appointment so that I could come back another day.

Staff was very helpful, I called at the last minute and was able to come in for brakes. they took me right in and got the brakes done in a timely manner. Only issue was no toilet paper in the Women's restroom, but the guy at the front desk apologized and quickly brought it to me.

I showed up on a busy Saturday morning with a sudden car problem. It was diagnosed and I was informed of cost quickly. I added on an additional service I'd been putting off and they were able to get all work done by lunchtime. They are always good at this location.

Chris provided friendly, professional service throughout the whole time. His explanations of recommendations were clear and helpful. Jeff provided my wife and me a ride home and a return to pick up our car after servicing. He was friendly and professional also. We stayed in the waiting room for the first half hour after dropping off our car. The waiting room could be more comfortable, and the bathrooms should be cleaner. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with our experience.

Despite it being a busy Saturday, the team got my vehicle in for this unplanned tire repair (flat from screw stuck in tire) on the same day. I really appreciate their speed and friendliness, and have been a customer here for years.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. Chris the general manager was up front and took care of all my needs for my car. There wasn't any issues at all and the store was clean and tidy. I don't have any issues with this location and will definitely be returning for any of my car needs.

Timing.

Got me in 1st day after 4th of July. Had new tire mounted balanced ready to go in an hour after 1st appointment for the day. Top notch service as always.

Came in without an appointment made. Gentleman explained he had people with appointments and he had to take care of them before they could check out my vehicle. Told him I understood, and I left vehicle with them and went to get breakfast. When I returned, they had vehicle inside checking it out. After they checked it they explained what they found wrong. They were very polite and professional, I told them to go ahead and put new brakes on it, no sense in just doing the rear and having to come back in a month or so to have the front done. Very satisfied and would/will recommend them to anyone seeking the services they provide.
