Dinese at the Front counter is amazing. Dinese took care of any questions I had, my visit was amazing. Dinese was very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely deserves a raise. I will from now on be recommending midas to all of my friends because of how well I was treated there. I felt special and important.

Great customer service, and photographing the problems with my car is genius! They explained all that was needed to fix each problem. I had one of them fixed the same day. The only issue I have, which is a Midas practice overall, the mark-up of the parts. I am already paying plenty for the labor, so it's hard to know that I am paying double the cost for the parts. Angel is a great asset to your company and I will be back.

Workers were very rude. I have two car keys on my ring and one starts the car, it has a silver emblem on it. I had no issues with starting my car and it is not the reason I made the visit. I wanted to check my tires and wheels. I informed them about the key, and they continued revving my engine with the wrong key, telling me it wasn’t starting because I had to pay for work to be done. The guy that was in my car began smoking a cigarette and I felt very disrespected. They continued on with this until I finally asked if I could move my own car and told them they were wrong and lying. Another guy got into my car and used the wrong key again, threw his arm out the window and told me if I ever got loud with him again that I would have a real problem with my car. I watched him use the wrong key, again! Then switched it to the correct one to finally release my car to me.

i paid $400 for AC recharge and inspection. i returned 3 weeks later with heat blowing instead of cool air. i was told one of the cords was corroded. why wasn't this caught during the initial inspection?
took truck in 5/24 and have to go back 05/30 because they were working on another car and didnt have time to finish mine . i was told to come back 05/25 and they still could not give me my wheel alignment so i have to wait till tuesday 05/30

The overall rates at Midas tend to be almost 50% higher than other locations. I usually call various shops and get estimates for the work I want to have completed. If I can get it at a lower price, I'll go somewhere else. I will go to Midas if it's a job that is more detailed or complicated that I wouldn't trust to other shops. But jobs such as wheel alignments and oil changes really shouldn't have a charge as high as they are at Midas.

Place opened at 8a three other customers and myself had to wait more than 30 minutes for the customer service rep.
I supposed to got my tires Rotate it but they didn't rotate my tire with my oil change told me some B.S about why they didn't do it didn't make since
I am a Lyft driver. Midas was suggested for maintenance from Lyft. First they were all late so the facility didn't open until after 8am. Second I was told I would also have to pay out of pocket even though lyft pays for all maintenance
