I had received a price over the phone and booked an appointment for the following day. The morning of the appointment, a very nice store manager (Adam Kavouras) called me to explain the price that I had been given, was in error, and was for only the front brakes and rotors. I expressed my disappointment. He, very graciously, called me back and agreed to honor the price I had been quoted. Everything worked out, without a glitch! I'm very satisfied with the work performed and how diplomatically and honestly, I was handled. I only wish I had known or remembered Midas offered other auto services. Now that I do, I shall patronize Midas for tires, alignments, batteries, etc. I only remember Midas from their 'muffler' commercials! Thank you, Midas and Adam! RON/Chicago

Cost charged for parts is unfairly high. Discussed this with the shop manager (Mr Paul Bizoukas @ Midas on 6301 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL, 60659,) and shared external quotes with him at less than half the Midas parts cost he charged for Spark Plugs ($167.96 for a set of 4) and Brake pads however, Mr. Paul did nothing about it. I even requested free service in kind for part of the cost difference, e.g. free oil changes, but received no further response.Reference repair order # 0059629 Dated March 11, 2023.
