Because she’s a smart car by Mercedes, it can sometimes be difficult to find someone who will work on her. The first thing that impressed me was the honesty with which the guys said they were mostly unfamiliar with a smart or had never worked on one. This humility is far superior to a mechanic botching up my Sunny D because he didn’t know what he was doing and was too proud of arrogant to say so. They took exceptionally good care of her, did it in a timely manner, and didn’t gouge me on price—something that occurs more often than not, because I’m a small female. I’ve already recommended my husband take his vehicles to them. He needs tires.

I came in and said I wanted a standard oil change. The guy at the desk, I'm assuming a manager, tried guilting me into synthetic. I told him the dealer has used the same oil since I got the vehicle and I didn't need synthetic. He said that's not what he would do (as if I was being stupid) but I told him I didn't care, regular oil was fine. I was then given an inspection report that claimed my truck with 50,000 miles needed a complete front end job. I told him that seemed strange with so few miles. So he then in front of the waiting room asked me if I ran over a lot of curbs (now insinuating that I was not only stupid but a bad driver). I said no to everything but the oil change and couldn't wait to get out of there. It's really disappointing. My son has been there a few times for oil and his first experience (I was with him) was excellent and the manager at the time was very helpful without the blatant and questionable upselling. Not a great way to do business!
All of the guys on staff ,really helped me out of a bad situation !! Thought I needed one tire . Because I was sold, one week prior, by anther company; ended getting 2 tires! Need two more tires to make it right. I’ll be back for sure. Limited fund currently. Above and beyond to make a bad day much, much better, the next day by noon! Back on the road!!! Have tire balance and front end alignment machines operating and in good serviceable working order. After unable to balance my tires, manager "Toby" offered no refund and suggested me to take my vehicle to another Midas shop to complete work. I had no time to accomplish this due to my schedule. Furthermore, I originally left my vehicle there Wednesday morning and had to return Thursday due to front end shimmy at 70 miles per hour. They kept my car another day without finishing the balancing.
I booked an appointment online and the shop was ready for when I arrived even though I arrived early. They got me in and out in the time window that I originally selected so that was great.
I pleaded with how the Midas team corrected the problem with the brakes and rotaries. Also, pleased with the team telling me that everything else was in good shape and didn’t put parts on that I didn’t need.
I came in due to a nail in my tire. I was told it would take 20 minutes. It took 90 minutes due to them not being able to get the nail out. upon leaving, I realized they had broken my air tire sensor and did not even communicate it to me, after returning, I was told the best they could do was give me two oil changes. I have to have my oil change at the dealership. I was then told they would purchase the part and call me with an update. I never was called- in fact I had to call all three times to follow up . It has now been a week. I have not heard back from the manager Angel and my car is still broken.

This experience was horrible. The team working on my tires severely scratched my rims. My rims have deep scratches and damages. My vehicle now vibrates at higher speeds. I had no tire issues prior to my visit. Now I must go get a tire rotation and balance.

After giving keys to desk, one of the mechanics drove off the property with my car without asking for my permission. Totally unacceptable. It was unnecessary and caused me great concern. There was no reason for this. I was in for oil change and tire rotation. What if he got into an accident or hit a pothole and messed up my alignment. I complained vigorously and am never going back.
I mentioned to associate that I tried to have headlight bulb replaced but it didn’t work. He directly got to diagnosis and then said wiring is fine and relaxed the bulb and charged me $192. It completely outrageous to have to pay $192 for just to get my lightbulb replaced. I have been a loyal customer but I wont return to Midas ever again because of this unethical behavior. I’d like to be compensated for lack of better experience.

When did you begin charging for an inspection? I was surprised and disappointed by that as I was unaware. The associate was not friendly at all and didn’t seem to care about me until I said no then he tried to offer me less expensive options.

This location did not have the oil filter or the plug required for an oil change. I was not made aware of this at the time I made the appointment or when I checked in,It was necessary for the parts to be ordered and they were delivered via uber 1.5 hours after i arrived for a simple oil change.The parts should be kept in inventory, ordered when the appointment is confirmed (with payment if necessary) and if neither of these is acceptable the customer should be advised the parts will have to be ordered and that it may take a couple of hours to get an oil change.
