We have gone to this Midas since living in Longmont (a few years now). Great staff and service every time! Barton is primarily who I've worked with and he has always shown exemplary customer service skills.
Fixed my exhaust system and replaced serpentine belt for much less than the two other quotes I got. They also did the estimate and work on the same day, a Saturday no less. It was a pleasure working with Matt and Bart. I will come here again and recommend to others.

I walked in to this location to use a coupon I received in the mail. I was promptly greeted by a friendly man named Bart. We discussed what I wanted done and he advised me of the amount of time it would take to complete. I waited in the lobby and he regularly checked in with me regarding my vehicle. The check out was quick and Bart was a delight to work with.
Mr. Bart Richter was very informative, friendly and extremely courteous, he allowed time for inspections of other components, read an OBD II code and advised me on additional products / services I might consider. He seemed to know quite a bit about the Midas service and welcomed my comments / concerns as the work was being done.
I called with headlight out, which I wasn't able to easily replace myself. Bart had me scheduled the same afternoon. I brought the car in, ran some errands while he was working on it, then got a text when he was done. The price was totally reasonable for the job done. Happy customer.

Made 2 inquiries online to schedule an appointment; never got a response. Called the store & made an appointment with Bart. When I arrived for the appointment Bart told me he couldn't do the work because he didn't have the proper equipment. I drove 35 minutes from a remote community for the service & got sent away almost immediately. He could have told me that over the phone as I told him the make & model of my vehicle. Absolutely zero service.

Brake job estimate was the highest ($1483.78) of estimates received from four other repair facilities. I got the brake repairs completed at a non-franchise facility for $817.80. Unfortunately the Midas bid was completely non-competitive, as it was more than $200 higher than the next highest estimate.

Bart Ritcher assured a completed front brake service. Said he inspected himself. 4 miles down the road on the highway the front tire studs broke off the hub. I had to attempt to drive the car back to the shop with Midas following me, had to stop due to the break pad slipping, however all I knew was something sounded like it was breaking and the car should have been towed not driven. They fixed it for free however, it was their mistake to begin with. A 2 hour fix became 5, three hours to get me and fix they’re mistaken. That cost me getting to work. Iv never had such a horrible, anxious experience. I never left a shop after such reassurance to be scared for my life.

I was quoted 1,500 for service and told my brakes were extremely dangerous and in horrible shape. I was told engine coolant was leaking. Rep would not type this out for me, but I got him to write it on a receipt. I took my car to the dealership and said none of these problems existed.
Get what you paid for. My tires were not rotated, but yet I paid for it. Makes me think with my oil even changed.
Every time I've been here, everyone is always very friendly and efficient. They're very transparent about the issues that come up with my vehicle and costs, and I always feel like they're trying to make sure I'm taken care of, rather than just taking my money. This particular experience was especially great. I haven't been in since February, and Bart immediately remembered me and remembered my (other) vehicle. He's always friendly, funny, and delivers exceptional customer service. I didn't have an appointment this time and they were very busy, but they were still able to get my car fixed within a couple of hours, which I really appreciated because I had appointments I had to get to later that day with no way to get there otherwise. I really appreciate how hard they all work and how much it feels like they care about their customers.
