It was different from other Midas I have been to I'll keep going back again.i was very satisfied.
Don't recommend maintenance unless it really needs to be done. Lower prices.
The employees were very friendly and were quick with getting my oil change done. There was no pushy salesman tactics, but they still were thorough with the vehicle checklist which I appreciated.

Didn't have an appointment but was still able to drop off my vehicle and pick it up same day. It also wasn't something I would consider easy(6 spark plugs, 6 ignition coils, and a switch on the transmission). I didn't think I would be able to have a car until the middle of the next week(and miss a couple work days), but it was done the same day and I was able to communicate with the staff to allow me to pick up my vehicle on a Sunday they day after even though the store was closed. I am extremely satisfied.
Collin and Ken provided exceptional service and I was incredibly pleased with my time at Midas. They were very informed and helped make my experience pleasant and painless.
I received a free inspection because the problems were deemed a safety issue. I appreciated knowing because I brought in a car that isn’t mine , and is one I’m just using in her absence while she’s traveling over seas. It was a kind gesture because I didn’t have much money at the time.
Midas auto service at 4466 S. Broadway is a fantastic place to get your car repairs done. I worked with Collin and he gave me three quotes on potential fixes and in the end It was the cheapest one. They did such a wonderful job on repairing my car. Luke was my mechanic and I highly recommend Luke, Collin and the entire Midas team. If you’re looking for a place to go and get your car repaired in Englewood that you can trust and get quality work done, at a fair price the Midas at 4466 S. Broadway is the place to go. The associates working at this location were nice and helpful. They were able to do my oil change and also inform me of what other work I needed to get done for my vehicle.
The young man at the front desk and Ken were super friendly and prompt with my service and appointment even though they were handling a lot of other requests. They were attentive and took the time to listen to me and resolve my issue and were fair with the pricing. As a result, I have scheduled a second appointment at this location for tire installation based on the service and customer service I received.

Emily was great. Personable and professional. I dropped my vehicle off and didn’t have to wait long for a callback to inform me of the findings and seeing how I wanted to proceed. I like the texted link with pictures and explanation of the findings. Was not thrilled about dishing out cash but the experience and work was done well.
If techs are unsure how to work on vehicle they should not work on them. I have a VW and the tech actually had to go buy tools to work on it and that should have my first red flag. After taking it back 3 times after the said it was fixed then the decided that it should go to vw for the repairs but of course they kept the 2500.00 that we paid them. Vw says they made matters worse with the car. Now I'm forced to get a lawyer

Nikki (hope the spelling is correct, if not, I’m sorry) was very helpful in her correspondence and willingness to work with me on which repairs were absolutely necessary vs. what I could live without. Was able to take the price down a little for me and get my car back to me quickly.

We did not have a good experience with this location. #1) the coupon we had states tire rotation is included with an oil change-this was not completed and #2) charged us $65 for 1 windshield wiper. Absolutely ridiculous! Will never go back

I have had my front end fixed a couple of years ago by another service department and the front end was never right. Went to Midas and they noticed a lot of things wrong and fixed my alignment. It drives like new again. I'll go back and highly recommend
