Came in for a oil change and noise in back. They say I have a bad oil leak and had to do die. Noise was not fixed.
Lack of communication about status of my vehicle. It also took 2.5 days to get my brakes done. I was okay with waiting but it wasn’t very timely

Got me some new tires and alignment at a good price! I picked up the 5 Year Alignment Warranty and feel better knowing these guys will be here to take care of any issues in the future. I’v been coming to this Midas for almost 3 years now. I won’t ever go to another Midas. They’re professional friendly. Very good at explaining what they did. They did very good going over my receipt explaining in detail the price.
The Service Manager and Service Technician were very personable, professional and highly capable in their skills. I was comfortable with their abilities to perform the necessary repairs to my vehicle.
It was easy to make an appointment online. I received a call from John at the mitis location to confirm my appointment.
I was over charged for an oil change and when I tried to explain the prices on the website, the associate was extreme rude. $100 is way too much for an oil change that doesn’t include filters.
The first time I tried to make an appointment, no one contacted me for hours. When I called to try to make sure I could being my car in, I was asked to go on hold and waited on hold for 45 minutes until after your closing time. I was quoted a price, agreed to that price, informed the man I had a $50 off coupon, and then the next day, after the work was completed, it turns out that price did not include sales tax OR additional fees. So instead of paying $625 like I left thinking I would, I paid $716. I brought my car in before 11:30 and by 12:30, they had only just given me an estimate and said it would be at least 2.5 hours for them to order in the parts. I needed to go to work, but was told I’d be contacted when my car was finished. I was not contacted at all and had to go by the following morning. One younger associate there was polite and nice but his manager spent the entire time yelling at him, one time going so far as to yell at him about answering the phone while he was already on the phone. When I went to pick up the car, another man was there who was very rude and dismissive to me. I mentioned the price difference to him and he said “well, this is the price”.

The guy that helped me was able to get me financing with Snap to purchase my tires. Only crummy thing about it is that the payment is $62 every two weeks, but it’s worth it for the safety of me, my daughter and her friends
The Midas technician forgot to reattach a vacuum hose. After leaving I noticed the check engine light and 4 wheel light was on. I called and was told to return. Which I did and it was discovered that the vacuum hose was disconnected. Which was reattached. Also I was told that I needed new rear shocks. And that the price would be around 900 dollars. Which is to expensive. And will try and find someplace cheaper.

I brought my car in for an oil change. When I left I noticed that the car was making a high pitched noise and running rough with a loss of power. When I returned, they surveyed the car and promised to update me. Two hours later, only after finally getting their attention and asking for an update did I learn the service tech drained my transmission fluid by accident. The manager did not seem to think this was a big deal and minimized the situation. I asked what would have happened if I didn't come back after driving only a mile, this could have caused serious issues with my vehicle. I stated that I would have appreciated a more timely update rather than waiting 2 hrs for a service I didn't even know was being done.
Scheduled it online came in service was done in a timely fashion. Also recommended i stop at Napa auto parts to replace my key battery and also let me know they install battery for customers appreciate the help will be back.

I had a very busy day so needed to drop off my truck first thing and then couldn't pick it up until late. The technicians were very easy going about it, very accommodating and communicative.
The associate on the front end was friendly and knowledgeable. Guided me through each step of things my car needed and things that were missed in the last oil change done somewhere else.
The shop manager (I’m assuming he’s the mgr) was very friendly, showed me what the vehicle needed, communicated pricing well, answered questions thoroughly, estimated wait time accurately, and kept me updated as the vehicle was being worked on.
My tires were not rotated.. you guys have huge signs on the wall saying it’s included with every oil change. My service was quick, but I think it was because it wasn’t a thorough job. I had a coupon and felt like I was treated differently because of it. I still spent $72. The associate who helped was nice, but I wasn’t satisfied with the overall service. I also did not get a run down if anything else was checked.

I went in for an oil change and the man refused to change my oil because I needed a new plug but I can not afford to purchase at that time. He stated I needed a coolant flush, something about a coolant leak, oil leak, new plug, new air filter, new wipers and the original oil change. I said I just need an oil change and new plug he said with labor it would be $411. This is outrageous.
On my completed invoice they said they filled my tires 235 psi‘s they didn’t fill them at all when I got back in my car my tire gauge sensor was still reading 27 I called him turned around went back in expecting to get my tires filled with air that’s when they told me that I have a green valve stem and it was for hydrogen only not air? So the shop there doesn’t have a hydrogen tank? So they referred me to the dealership which originally was my first choice to always get my oil changed but I couldn’t wait the two weeks to get in so then they referred me to discount tire and ended up waiting 45 minutes in line to get hydrogen in my tires but they didn’t come out and tell me originally about my tires it was only when I went back they explained it how was I supposed to know?

Everytime I go they claim I need a bunch of stuff done to my car, and I then take it to my regular mechanic and everything is fine. You're trying to take money from unsuspecting people and that is a terrible business practice and extremely manipulative and unethical.
Tye was fantastic and corrected a bad experience we had at another shop. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain in detail the cause of what was happening and gave preventative tips. We will definitely bring our car back to Tye and his crew.
1. Improve speed2. If you tell a custmor vehicle is ready.... then it should be ready?3. Do not offer to give filters to a customer if they are not 'in stock' and expect the customer to sit around for the 'product guy' to show up in ~10-15 minutes.... spoiler alert. it took over 15 minutes to check me out (i refused the oil filters but they were on my invoice) and the product guy never showed up.

When you offer a synthetic oil change for $24.99, a customer expects to pay that instead of getting a quote of $89.99. I tried to schedule two other times, and it was later in the afternoon and they could not except me. $90 for an oil change is double to what a dealership charges. Pathetic, rip offs that will not see a dime of my money and I am telling anybody and everybody not to deal with Midas anymore.

I did NOT have an appointment but they took my car in and serviced for ALL my needs including oil change AND most important, my AC. Really SAVED me a LOT of misery. THANKS SO MUCH!

It's the friendliest, knowledgeable, and professional environment in the city of Arvada,Co. First and foremost it would be my pleasure telling all my family and friends about this particular Midas Shop.
I have needed brakes on my car for about 2 to 3 weeks, I had my wallet stolen and had no choice but to drive as little as possible. On Saturday I called this Midas location and had my car scheduled to have pads replaced and brakes looked at as a whole at 1pm. It ended up being a lot more than I thought it was going to be but needed to begin and I feel very satisfied with the experience I had. I checked into the shop and the two guys that took my car were very nice and cordial. I ran into the guy that checked me in at OfficeMax while he we both were buying office supplies and he told be they would get it done by the end of the day. The man that cashed me out was incredibly patient with me and stay longer help I think he was the last one to leave. They worked harder than they needed to on a Saturday and I really appreciated them helping me. I don’t know much about cars but I would recommend this location to anyone in Denver even as I’m moving to South Denver. It was probably an entire team effort but those three guys should be given raises as skilled employee retention is invaluable these days.
