The great service all began and ended with Marcus, the front desk rep and service manage. He was easy going, sincere, really listened about concerns and presented different scenarios, alternatives, cost saving ideas, and explained things in a way a lay person could understand. Marcus was also very thorough, knowledgeable, and had a good teamwork/communication with the mechanics.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but was also given a complimentary inspection and the employees found a few potential problems with my vehicle that they immediately brought to my attention and explained quite well to someone who knows very little about cars. I will definitely be bringing the car back to have them deal with these issues when the time arises and I appreciate the honesty and communication!

Great service, high quality parts and friendly stall
Better communication when problems arise. Even though I had an appointment, I waited almost 20 min to check in due to a computer problem. This was never communicated and when I asked if we could get the process started manual, I felt like I was being attacked for being impatient and rude.
Dashboard repair not done correctly. Have to go back twice for them to fix it!

I’ve never experienced such bad customer service before. I highly suggest management gets involved and conduct a customer service training to there employees, especially Sam there sales rep. I’ll never return to this Midas again (Fremont,CA) location off of Thornton ave.

Associate Manager was not approachable. Didn’t tell me about the other services or explain the coupon pricing. I had to ask a couple of questions. I guess he was busy, but customer comes first.

Fast check in and check out, fast oil change
Check-in took about 10 minutes even though I had an appointment. I'm not sure why it took so long to generate the necessary paperwork and the associate helping me did not offer any explanation.

The management, master mechanics, and work on the car including speed and expert analysis were fantastic. I was advised every step of the way, and the followup and test analysis afterwards was superb.
I visited Midas first time for oil change, with first visit they recommended 2nd visit for checking engine belt noise/squalling check up, in my second visit said alternator needs to be replaced, and costs around $500. I said I don’t want replace anything and I paid for $40 for just checking.I went other auto shop on same day they said just need to be tighten engine belt and said cost for $30 box
The staff asssign at the front was very friendly and he explain in details if there is a problem or issue to be fix during my visit and explain the cost of the maintenance. Highly recommended to all my family and friends. Continue the good service you provided to all your customer.
I made the appointment because my tire on the back right of my car kept losing air. I told them I think there might be a nail or a leak. They kept “assuring me” there was nothing wrong with the tire & they just added some air to it. I had to take the day off work to make it to the appointment. The next morning that same tire that they kept assuring me there was nothing wrong with, was at a low PSI again & the tire light was on on the dashboard. I found a nail in the tire. I don’t think they even checked the tire & I had to take another day off work to go somewhere else to solve my problem because I was dismissed & not believed.
Tried making an appt and never got an email follow up. Tried again the next day and received a call saying they could take me now. Went in and said I wanted an oil change, worker asked which one, and I said the $65. He prints out receipt and asks for the key. I waited and was pretty quick. Worker gave me the receipt and showed it was $84. No explanation on why it was more. I saw while he was printing it, the tire tread and fluid levels were checked with some recommendations marks. He mentioned nothing and said I was good. I asked is there any recommendations and he states oh yeah you need to replace the steering fluid, and this and that. Didn’t offer to have it done there. I looked over it in front of him for a minute or two and he didn’t explain anything. I will not be returning as I can find a cheaper oil change and better explanation of things somewhere else.

Went in for an oil change and to have so tires mounted. That was done as expected. I asked for an estimate to have some other work done and was told that I would receive it on Monday. It?s been over a week and I have not received the estimate. No big deal
