Only 1 tech on site. Not Christian's fault, but told inspection would be 45 min. No scanner for ebs, had to figure that out. I would have scheduled an appt rather than wait 3 hours. 2 corporate people in site doing nothing but wandering around and sitting in the office. They should be getting their hands dirty and helping out, rather than having angry customers sitting in waiting room. Angry customers who probably won't be back after using that shop for close to 10 years. I wouldn't recommend this shop again like I have done in the past. Christian tried to make it right by offering the service for free, but I declined.
I explained the issues and they were clear with me on what they were gonna do. They got it done in a timely manner. My car AC works great now.

I went in for an oil change and got much more with a nice printed report of the inspection with pictures of the possible problems.
The last couple times I've been there the price was around 33 dollars but this time they said they had to add an extra quart of oil saying my car takes 6, but the other times they only added the 5 quarts. Which worries me, that means either they weren't putting enough oil. Or this time they added an extra quart to get extra money. I just like to know what I'm paying for before I pay it. I mean it's fine if mine takes six but why this time and not the others?,

The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly and rude with attitude. She seemed to bother with questions asked. She had called my phone regarding another persons vehicle. When presenting my coupon which stated 39.99 for an oil change she only took off 5.00 from the original price leaving me to pay 59.54. Pricing was high and I told them that the car AC works when car is moving and stops to blow cool air when it is in idle stage. They straight away said that your compressor is leaking and needs to be replaced and gave me an estimate of 1100 dollars. I fail to understand that if the car aC was working when moving how can the compressor not work. A compressor is working as that is why it is blowing cold air. It might be the condenser or fan or Freon, but was told it was straight away compressor’s fault
Everything regarding the specific location was great. They were very professional and accommodating. The estimate and inspection took a bit longer than expected but no worries. I appreciate them for fitting me in at the last minute. The services overall were excellent from team. The only issue I have is the markup on parts. Its ridiculous. This is the second Midas I've been to and seen this so I suppose its standard but there are other ways of generating revenue than overcharging for parts and materials.

Make sure you put plastic seat covers and wear gloves so when you touch the inside of care it doesn’t get covered with oil and grease. If you break something don’t try to cover it up.
Midas charges 3 to 4 times higher prices for parts than what they cost. For the price they charge everything should have lifetime warranty

They did not rotate the tires because they did not want to touch them or void the warranty which is fine. But told us they all looked good. We had a blowout the very next day and another store told us the front tires had a tear in them. Not mad at them they were super friendly.
