They were able to give us a good price and able to educate us on how to maintain it well. The workers are very friendly. They remembers every car and especially the customers as well to. Especially I go to Midas a lot.

They were fast and efficient. I only came in for an oil change. I wound up needing new brake pads and rotors. When all was said I done I was out of there in less than an hour and a half! And my car feels great!

I have been here 2 hours and I will set my own reset light. They did not want to rotate tires . Even though it is part of the special. I waited 4.5 hours for a 30 min break replacement & was charged $200 over the quote AND the brake pads were under warranty. Wesley, the assistant manager tried repeatedly to blame customers for his mistakes & his clerk & mechanics were repeatedly forced to make up for him
The associate that serviced my vehicle made certain to communicate at every step of the process, calling multiple times to keep me updated about everything. Weslie, the associate, was extremely friendly and answered every question I had in easy to understand terms and made me feel welcome to continue asking questions.

I requested an appt on-line and heard back from Megan within 1/2 hour with an available appt in a few days. My car was taken back almost immediately after I arrived. Megan confirmed the inspections when i checked in and they completed the safety and emissions tests quickly

I arrived at my appointment. The serviceWas exceptional. She got my information and keys quickly. Understood what I needed. When I came back from my walk within the hour the car was fully serviced. It was just an oil change, but the service and professionalism exceptional.

Not much to tell. I needed a new CC and they installed it in short order. My car drives better than it did and I'm completely satisfied! Now I'll see if the MPG goes up! I have a unique perspective on MPG because I'm used to driving old cars (1960's with big blocks) so I'm used to 6-8 mpg. and even at 12 mpg I'm happy but it did do better when i bought it 3 years ago.
Lisa at the front desk was awesome! She made waiting for my car such an enjoyable time (sounds crazy to say when getting brakes replaced. The associates who worked on my car were very thorough and didn’t not try to sell me any additional work for my car but made some recommendations for next time. Great experience!

I went in because I thought I had an exhaust leak. Midas diagnosis was a brake booster vacuum pump leak that was leaking onto the catalytic converter. Fixed and smell is gone. Very pleased.

A $17.99 oil change with tire rotation cost $102 I asked for full synthetic Mobil 1 and do not replace oil filter cartridge they charged me anyway on the bill for oil filter cartridge not sure whether or not they replaced it not even sure if he even changed the oil when I asked if they rotated my tires they said it was not on the bill I had to straighten that out real quick no I was not satisfied I was better off changing my own oil !!!! PJ and team have horrible customer service. Waited an hour and a half for an oil change because they didn't have the filer in stock and had to go to the local store to purchase. That process took way to long. They also put 5W30 in my car, it calls for synthetic 0W20. Overall, do not go to the crestwood midas

My family has been coming to this Midas for about 5 years without issue. Today my husband's 9:30 appointment was not kept and at 11:05 he was still waiting. I spoke to the manager PJ and he had very little to say as to why our appointment time was not kept
My kid broke down a hour away from home. Had it towed to Midas. I thought they would be reasonable and when I asked Tj told me they are a full service shop.Tj said they would be able to get right own it. He called me back later and told me it needed a heat

Midas got the door handle covered in automotive dirt and got it all over the seat too. Tried to clean the seat and made it all wet so when I picked it up and drove home I noticed how wet it actually was. Also terrible service didnt explain the issue instead just did the work and charged me for something that wasnt even the issue.
The staff at the Sunset Hills Midas is amazing! They really do make sure things are fixed right. I have had several complicated problems my long time mechanic couldn't figure out and they were able to get things right in short order!

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Took almost 2 hours. Tires never got rotated. One worker was on his phone and another was sleeping at the desk in shop when I went to check on my car. The manager was very nice but he needed to get a handle
