Within 2 miles after leaving Midas, there was a loud clanging noise under my car. I slowly drove back and let the manager know. The mechanic drove the car and heard the smell sound Manager said it wasn’t anything associated with my repairs but they would fix the problem. After finishing repairs and test driving the car again, the mechanic apologized and said he had missed a couple of screws on a heat shield and it was now fixed. I appreciated the mechanic’s honesty in owning up to a mistake. I wish it hadn’t have happened but it is resolved now

I usually go to the dealer but they could get me in before my trip. I found a coupon for an oil change at Midas and thought why not? The gentleman at the front desk was easy to get along with and made it a comfortable visit. They noticed my brakes were wore down and recommended replacing. I asked what it would be and declined and it was nice to not have argue about why I didn’t want them done like at the dealer. As long as the price is comparable to the dealer I will return here first.

From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, the staff was helpful, friendly and even entertaining. I could quickly confirm that I trust them with my vehicle, money and time. The coffee in the lobby was just what I needed! I had been waiting at the DMV for an hour to find out I needed the inspection, so I appreciated the pick me up.

Don’t schedule appointments if you still have to wait 3 hours after your appointment time to get in. And maybe have all the employees offer coupons and not just some of them bc it makes it look disorganized or like favoritism.
