Seem at times no work was being done in the maintenance area. Worker gather together talking not related to maintenance issues
I had to bring my car back in because they didn't do the work correctly. I had my brakes done on both axles and when I picked the car up there was a rattling on the rear left tire. I had to bring the car back in and they had it for the entire day fixing it. Very inconvenient. Now I question the quality of work on the other three brakes that were worked on.
Work was completed in a timely manner.
Took my vehicle on to get brakes changed. The techs notified me that I still had lots of life left on my brake pads and gave recommendations for the squeaking I was hearing
Associates and mechanics were professional, knowledgeable, and highly proficient. Work was done well and in a timely manner. After work was completed, I was shown on my vehicle what was done. Excellent service all around.
The oil pan drain plug threads were cross-threaded/stripped, probably during ther previous oil change at the same Midad location. Yhe technicians need to carefully hand tighten the drain plug before using a torque wrench.
The desk guy went over the Carfax with me in detail, made suggestions about future service, gave his opinion on back tires, all of which was much appreciated. He was careful, well spoken, and very knowledgeable.
They showed me the alignment they were able to get prior to tightening everything and pulling it off the rack in case i opted for a different spec. Worked to make sure I had the specs I wanted.
Problems were fixed and recommendations were appreciated.
Went in for a brake inspection and oil change. The brakes were, admittedly, squishy. Hence the inspection. Was told they could use work but it wasn't an immediate need. When I received my vehicle back there was close to zero brake pressure in the pedal. When I told them the issue, the tech that worked on my vehicle stated they were like that when he brought the vehicle into the bay. HE WASN'T THE ONE THAT DROVE IT IN. So now I'm being lied to, all of a sudden I need a new master cylinder at the tune of $600. So I started making phone calls and about 10 minutes later, all of a sudden my brakes are back and they claimed hydro lock. Now I know enough to know these random things can occasionally happen, but I fully feel like I was being ripped off. I will never be back!

the alignment received is not very good. I sold cars for living for 20 years so I'm not your typical retail customer. the before and after on the alignment sheet is not much different. some specs are still not within the norm. so what did I pay for?? said I may need new tires, but the ones on it are fine for now and are 8/32nd. I will not be going back.
It’s easy and Midas is very reliable. I didn’t want to say there was a ‘problem’ there was an issue on parts ordering, but it was all based on a the year of the car. Very minor on my end. They fixed it and everything is great, you’ll be doing my next service in May.
The associate was very nice and offered me a donut while I was waiting. I didn’t end up wanting a donut at the time but it was a very nice gesture.

I was pleased with the clear diagnosis and repair of my tire. There was no pressure to buy tires, which are very costly for my Subaru.
The whole experience was good. It just took longer due to faulty parts being delivered from parts store. It was not the facilities fault. Once they realize the parts were faulty, they did order new ones and had it replaced the same day. Just took more time than I thought from drop off to finishing all Parts being fixed.

Don't charge $100 for an oil change, that is ridiculous. You can go anywhere else and get it for at least half that if not less. Never coming back
Nice to know that technicians are honest. I am confident, once I leave the center. I will not need any rework. Just last week, 12/14/23, I recommended that someone go to Midas on Callow Avenue for brake work.
I booked my Midas visit on the day before and was so happy that they took me in before Xmas! TBH, I was incredibly impressed with the level of communication and pricing. As a single woman, I'm always afraid that auto garages are going to charge excessively but I never felt that. Josh was great (at Bremerton location) and I felt very well-informed about all the pricing and the work that they did. Definitely 5 stars.
I wouldn't say that I’m not satisfied with my experience at Midas, but I can definitely say I had forgotten my charging block so I was a bit restless. Otherwise, the experience was great, Josh was very friendly and I feel safer on the road!
They do 4 wheel alignments well. I can notice the difference. The price was fair. Nice people. Would recommend.

Was regular oil change. Upon completion the manager started sharing regular maintenance due, told him I would have to talk to the previous owner about what was done.( my mom) . Got home and read mechanics notes saying there was something wrong with my brakes. That should have been the first thing addressed as I had no idea AND had my 4 year old grandson with me.
Delbert was great! Will come back no doubt. He was a great employee and gave me the best deal and best service I could have asked for.
It was a simple oil change. I scheduled the visit for 7:30 and arrived on time and the work was performed with in an hour.

I made an appointment for an oil change. I was sick and could not make the appointment. She accepted the oil change and a need for a tuneup. It took my wife setting in the shop for approximately 3 and half hours.
I really like working with David. He is competent and experienced.

The customer service, and the knowledge of my vehicle was outstanding. They knew what was wrong. They knew what they needed to do. They gave me a firm price. They stuck with it, and they even gave me some history on my car, and that they would be there for me for any questions or further maintenance needs in the future. David Finckel helped me and it was great.
I've been given the run around by lots of automotive places, but I've never been recommended to replace a perfectly clean air filter. I also am mind blown that I would be charged $100 for labor to replace a headlight when it was clearly a quick job. Between the headlights and the oil change, everything was done in an hour. The places I've been to do that for a minimal charge or free with the oil change. I just wanted to get out of there by that point.
Well I always take my car there. They know me and my vehicle. Always straight with me about what needs to be done
Manager helpful in explaining further services my car might need according to miles n the odometer. Also, waiting area had comfortable chairs. A small thing, but a nice touch.

All staff that I met were extremely friendly. The services were explained up front and they even called to verify a service price increase and gave a concise answer as to why. Called as soon as service was done which I appreciated not having to wait.
I paid for an oil change service which includes multiple inspections on other systems on my vehicle and a tire rotation. I specifically asked to get my tires rotated upon drop off. It is included in the price of the service! When I picked up the vehicle the tires were not rotated. Technician stated that the tire wear was even enough that they didn't think it needed to be done. So I paid for a service and specifically made sure they would do the rotation.. and they just decided not to do it. I have had this exact same problem at this exact same location in the past thus the reason I made sure to bring it up upon drop-off that I really wanted the tires rotated. There were 2 technicians hanging out in the lobby doing nothing and no customers waiting so it wasn't as if they were so busy they didn't have time to rotate the tires. I left my vehicle there for 7 hours. That should be enough time to complete the service I pad for.
Diagnosed the problem fast and completed the service in a timely manner.
I got the service I ordered on time and was given a good price. I also requested to have my brakes looked at and they did and they do need replacement and I was told my options and prices and will be back to get them done as soon as my budget allows
