Say upfront if this location works on diesel vehicles or not. Do not reschedule and then cancel the day before to avoid conflict. Additionally don't actually work on a diesel then claim you don't do it and you are "uncomfortable" working on them. Poor form and damages credibility and reputation.When you do the work, actually do it correctly. In the case of my oil change actually use the correct oil not whatever you have on hand, now I have to spend more to fix the screw up that shouldn't have happened in the first place.

I've been to this Midas a couple times before and every transaction was pleasant and timely. The pricing felt fair and employees are always helpful here.

I love going to Midas it’s close to my house and like the service I get nice people working there. And they explain everything to me.

My appt on a Saturday was at a time that there were ZERO people ahead of me, so I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for an oil change! Also, I liked that this location does online scheduling. Another newer location does not do online scheduling even though it was on their website, so my appointment request went unanswered until I called to inquire (only to be told, sorry, we don’t take online appts and we are booked for the day). That’s when I tried this location and my online appointment was confirmed the next morning. Easy! The only thing is that the coupon for the oil change said it included a wheel rotation, but I don’t believe that was done. It’s no big deal though since I recently had my tires rotated.

Always receive great service when taking my vehicles to the Midas on Loop 410/Marbach Rd. Kurt and his technicians are always courteous and informative of everything going on with your vehicle and aren't trying to "upsell" you on unnecessary services or products that aren't needed. This is a rarity in this day and age. They have earned my business for many years to come.

I paid for a rotate & balance with oil change. After paying and leaving, i saw that my tires were not rotated and when i called back i was told that the front tirws cannot be put on the back since the veh is 4x4.I jacked my veh at home and rotated my own tires.Also my service report read that i refused the recommended ac compressor replacement. I was never told that compressor was bad. I called back and was told that it appears on form from cooporate.Unhappy customer

Not satisfied with payment. Had coupon for free oil change and just pay for additional quarts. Person at desk ignored coupon and failed to initial coupon card. Had not expired . Refused it without any reasons given and processed transaction.

First thing when the car was in the air they took me out to show me why the dealership said I needed new struts. They saved me money by bundling services when they could have charged me individually. Then later pointed out the each tire was missing it's lo

The work was done well, however it took over twice as long as they said it would and the tires were rotated only after I told the manager (?) that I never saw them pull the wheels. He had to argue with the mechanic to do it and the mechanic gave me frequent dirty looks as he worked.

They missed the reason i went there in first place squeaking noise from suspension was both upper and lower ball joints. Had to get them replaced two days later. Did not even need shocks.
