I brought my car in a year ago to fix my AC cause no one could do it. I was so happy that they know what they are doing. Since them I trust them to do work on my car. They are honest and they have never done wring to me on any work. They are straight forward. They are the only ones now allowed to work on my car.
I made an appointment online on a late Saturday morning. When they called me to confirm the appointment they said they were all booked for today, but they could fit me in. They got it done 2 hours before the promised time! I will definitely come back.

I was helped instantly upon arrival. They did a complete inspection which gave me a ton of knowledge. Completed the oil change and setup an appointment to deal with everything remaining that needs replaced.
The person who replaced the air filter on my car, installed it incorrectly, which led to almost 1000.00 worth of damages. Which I had to take to a dealershio to get fixed properly as I do not want that person to have the chance of touching my vehicle again.

I was a walk in and they got my vehicle in the bay within 15 minutes to do the diagnostic on my AC. That was amazing! Unfortunately the AC tech was not there so I would need to come back. Overall great experience!

The manager was very clear and concise about work needed and any issues observed. The work was performed ahead of schedule. The waiting area was clean and offered drinks while I waited for my car to be ready.

After an oil change, I found it was overfilled one quart!!! The oil change before this one, it was a quart low!!Doesn’t the mechanics know how to use a bloody dipstick?? And today after they got the oil level correct, Robert the manager didn’t even offer an apology for inconvenience, lousy customer service. Will not go back to that store!!

When I got home I checked the oil level and it was a quart low!!!!And my engine air filter was dirty, telling me the mechanic never looked at it, as I was not asked if I wanted a new one. This makes me wonder what else was not done properly, as I had the royal flush done. I texted the store manager all this earlier today, but no response yet!!!!Not a happy customer at all!!
I asked for an oil change which I got a tire rotation which I did not get. I brought it up and nothing was done. I asked for a check of the charging system and battery. I do noy believe they checked it but not sure if they did. very disappointed I usually get excellent service.

I was told that the hour and a half to two hours for the oil change, and it ended up taking three hoursAlso, it seem like they were just trying to find more business by the evaluation process
1. Did not get a vehicle inspection report before the oil change was complete. Usually I get the inspection report before the job is done. I was told at checkout that I needed air filters but obviously at that point I did not have a choice to do them bc the car was already in the parking lot. 2. He showed me a picture of a leak, but couldn't tell me what the leak was from but that they cleaned it up. 3. He showed me pics of struts that are leaking and when I said I had both front and rear struts done at your shop less than a year ago and to pull up the records, he did they should be replaced every 60k miles. Ok, but it's been less than that since I had them replaced and he did not pull up the services to look at anything. 3. He said I would receive the inspection report with estimate via email and I still have not received that. No request to set up appointment and when I mentioned the struts should be warrantied the only response was yeah we got you. So I don't have an estimate and not sure how soon the struts should be done, nor a guess as to why they would be leaking so soon after being replaced.

Have better communication and don’t scam your customers. I have been to this Midas 4 times and have been very satisfied with my experience until Joe charged me 50 extra dollars for an extra quart and a half of oil.. for one he never told me the offer only worked for 5 quarts of oil. This is my first time I have been over charged for the same coupon that I have used 4 times prior..
Prior repairs done by this facility are currently defective. Either poor workmanship or parts. Removed part of my engine and never replaced. Manager promised to replace several times but never did.
Employ mechanics who know how to service diesel engines and order the correct oil filters. Took more than 5.5 hours to perform oil change and start engine when done. Caused us to miss important medical appointment.
Actually take appointments on time, don’t waste my time (90 minutes) to preform simple tests especially on a new vehicle with 10,000 miles

The Midas shop was cleaner than any shop I have been to and the person who took care of me was excellent in explaining my car situation and sent me photos to show problems affecting my vehicle that I could see as he explained and I was satisfied so when I decided when to take my car to get service. When you offer a coupon with a price for conventional oil and then don’t have conventional oil you should honor the price without trying to charge more for using synthetic blend. If synthetic blend is your lowest grade of oil make sure the coupon price reflects what you want to charge and avoid problems with expectations. Don’t hassle the customer about your coupon just honor the price you offer.
I had oil change, control arms, shocks and struts replaced. On the same day. A lift was provided to get me to work and also to get me back to the shop. Great service by the Midas team

Well my service and problems were identified to me, thanks to their diligence, right as it was going to be a stuck on the road problem. While there were many problems and also pricey, due to my own decisions, I was saved potentially thousands of dollars or replacing my car completely. Thank you to the entire staff who serviced my car and even worked with my budget.

Overall the experience was great. Excellent communication in regards to what could and could not be completed during my repair. But due to a manufacturing issue with my car I couldn't get the rear wheel alignment completed without paying nearly 600 additional dollars. And while the front alignment seems to be in good working order, it's hard to tell just how good it is since I still have a slight pull due to the rear as I couldn't afford to complete the rear alignment.
Jim provided excellent customer service. Showed me the issues with parts that needed to be replaced. I am very satisfied with the service that was provided. I will definitely be returning to this location.

First time I went to Midas. Store employee was very friendly. The whole process from check in to a completed oil change took roughly half an hour. The price was considerably cheaper than Pep Boys, which is where I typically go. This was as flawless an experience that Ive ever had while getting my car serviced. Ill use them going forward.
