appreciated the over viewed list of the cars required attention once helped, was given advice on what things to focus on when needing to repair other portions of the car. notes like that are a time saver to try and adjust the cars operations to whats needed most rather than just a fix and go process.

The Manager George always goes above and beyond to deliver the best service possible. The only place where I know I can trust 100% because he even stops me from doing a service or changing some part because it’s are not really needed.

My car clearly takes 6 quarts of oil and only 5 quarts was added, I had to buy and add it myself afterwards. I was charged for the additional quart as well in the store. I don’t trust the service I would not return ever again or recommend..

No price disclose or explained at beginning. The oil was no reset the new sticker for the next service was no placed .

My son is a mechanic and he is always the one that works on my car when I take it to him but he lives out of town and hasn't been able to check it in 2 years. So I took it Midas. I explained to Jorge what needed and to let me know what else he felt need taken care of. He came back with what he found and I was comfortable with it. Upon leaving Jorge told me he would be happy to speak to my son with any question regarding replacements and cost.I spoke to my son, went over everything they did and the cost. He was perfectly satisfied with what they had done and the price.I will definitely go back with any issues I may have with my car.

Jorge was very detailed explaining the type of tires I needed. My vehicle was ready before the expected time. Most definitely will return to this Midas.

Jorge the manager at Midas bird road not only did he not resolve the problem but he charged me an extra $200 saying that it was extra work. $930 total for a job that they charger $350 on average. Jorge never offered to repair the bad installation when I informed him that my suspension was making a clunking sound. He told me to take it elsewhere, yet yesterday when I asked him about warranty he said not to worry to bring it back if anything. But today he didn't follow through with his word.

Called the day before and was told when to bring the car in 8 am dropped it off and it was ready by the afternoon.

It was great service all around , the car feel amazing now .the only issue is it was high prices
