I have been coming to this location for years and I’m always happy with the quality of service that they provide.
I appreciate the transparency, honesty, kindness, professionalism and quick/detailed service from both Jack and Liam. I brought my car to this Midas because the dealership wanted $250 to look at each (every) potential issue for car. Basically $1000 for four items and this did not include the cost of the repairs. What a crock!!! Took my car to Midas, they examined the car, took pictures of each item that needed repair along with giving me a breakdown of what needed immediate attention and what items could wait. And this DID NOT COST what the dealership was trying charge. In addition, while my car was being repaired, both Liam and Jack gave me constant updates. Prices reasonable, service AMAZING!!!!! I will take my car back and I've already referred friends. Thank you Jack and Liam!

Extremely Dissatisfied Former Midas Customer
I had a coupon that you sent me only to be told that they were not willing to honor it because according to the representative they didn't do conventional oil changes. So I found another coupon for a synthetic oil change, the guy, who is a kid and the owners son, lied and said he had to add extra charges for a "special" filter and oil. Ironically I have been to Midas many times and didn't require anything "special". It was the same car. Clearly the kid was just trying to increase the price. Very unprofessional and unethical. Then the kid proceeded to be rude to me throughout my time waiting because I questioned him about his fake charges. Midas you need to fix this!

Call the customer with any updates, or if still waiting to be serviced. Complete the services requested by customer, no just reasons why parts may need to be replaced. I left my truck there for about 6 hours, with no change or benefit to me as a customer. The $40 and the time was a wasted effort.

Technician said that they needed to call a 3rd party company to ask about how to install a certain device because my car was too complicated and they needed to charge me more for the extra time they will take. The tech called me back saying they spoke with the other shop and they had no history of working on my car. When i called that shop for installation of the device they were closed, so the technician lied about speaking with anyone. This location ended up activating the device without having installed the actual device in my car since I went straight to pick up my car from this place. This caused me to get charged by the Device company. This location does very shady work.

I went in to find out why my car was having problems and they took my car right away, told me exactly what was needed and saved me the heart ache of waiting 3 days for a Mercedes’ dealer to actually look at it. The power steering wasnt fixed at all. Contrary to what Midas is saying, there is now power steering. I was told by changing the rack and pinion, the power steering would be fixed but that wasnt true. I brought my car in for timing belt replacement which was supposed to take 2 days but they messed up the valves and took over 2 weeks to fix. Also my a/c was working well when I brought my car in, now there is absolutely no cold air coming out. Midas says its not their fault. Totally dishonest
