I needed an oil change and new headlight bulb. The manage Chadd, happened to have the exact bulb I needed as an extra in the shop and I was just charged for the oil change. In and out in 40 minutes.
I was coded $5000 to replace everything that I just paid somebody a few days prior before I took my vehicle in to do. He said I had everything wrong. I did the math on the parts they were $493. He was charging me $5000, I took it to after paying the $140 diagnosis fee and they only quoted me $340 total for parts and labor so I feel like I was getting tax for no reason except for some affiliation that the guy found out I have so yeah I’m very dissatisfied and I will not be referring anybody to your company

The cost was less than 1/4 of what the Chevy Dealership quoted me and they even did more work than I was told needed done at Chevy. 2nd time I used Groupon and was charged for additional quarts of oil. Then was told my air and cabin filter needed replacing and I needed a tune up. I asked to have the tire pressure checked because the light was on. When I askedIf the filters and air pressure had been checked, Mark was smug in answering me and did not Thank me, when I left. When the mechanic was asked if the tire pressure light went out, he said there’s a nail in the rear tire, and Mark said his tire repair machine was down, but I could check with Discount Tire, next door. Had I not asked about the tire light, I wouldnt have known about the nail. I’m an elderly female and I feel taken advantage of. I won’t do business with Midas again.

After the oil change, my vehicle was leaking oil because the mechanic didn't clean the engine properly afterwards. Plus I asked for the skid plate to be cleaned and secured after the oil change, but it was not done.
Do Not Go To Midas Unless They Fire Shaq
The Assistant manager Shaq first forgot to add my tire rotation to my invoice and when brought to his attention I noticed my name was spelled wrong first and last he said he'll fix it he did not. He added the rotation and changed me, then 100% forgot to do the rotation! I was sitting staring at my car the whole time, the tech never attempted to take off my tires. Then when called on it he said my tires were dry rotted, which they are not. I took my car to discount tire the following day and they said there is absolutely nothing wrong with my tires. The guy was let go once from Midas he needs to be let go again. You have lost a long time customer
i guess more transparency and explain why I need the things you are saying don't just tell me I need them. I didn't know why I need stuff aside from them telling me its low or its wearing. They don't tell you what it affects in the car I guess. but maybe you guys don't have the time *shrug*
Setting the appointment online didn’t work. When I came in I had to schedule again for another day the next week.
They has always been great with communicate, they are always friendly. They also remember returning customers.
I do believe their is always room for improvement in some form or fashion.
Although it took quite awhile to finish the job - I was then relieved that the battery was finally installed. Happy? Heck yes!!

I installed new Cadillac converters on my friends 2002 Range Rover discovery had a problem with one of the flanges ceiling stop leaking. It had an exhaust leak missing one bolt and I couldn’t keep it from leaking. Took it to Midas. Hope they could take care of the leaking

I came back from being out of town 4 days and my car would not start. I called Mark and had him listen to the sound the car was making. He knew right away it was the battery. I got my neighbor to give me a jump and went right to Midas to get a new battery.
I have found that when I take my car in for repairs the people at the business talks down to me like I do not know what I'm talking about. I had this issue with another business about my batteries a few months earlier. I did not feel this way when I spoke to Mark in the location I went.
I went in for brakes and I appreciate the mechanics expertise.However, I could not make heads or tails of the notations on the bill paperwork.It's like- "So do I need to address anything else?Why bother to make notations if they can't be read? And what if it's something important that needs fixing?
I brought my truck in for a hard brake. I was told it was the brake booster”very common on Chevy Silverados”, $900 including labor. Then I was told they could work with me and drop the price. Later I was contacted and told it was the vaccum pump “very common on Chevy Silverados” $1516They tried to install a refurbished brake booster, but it was faulty. Mike, and Rob boasted how they ordered the second booster from the dealership. This pushed back the repair time significantly. When I picked up my truck I noticed an immediate loss of power when accelerating. In addition my cruise control no longer works, the rpms fluctuate while cruising At freeway speeds, and the active grade control brake system turns on while on flat roads. My truck ran perfectly before bringing it to Midas on Windmill PKWY in Henderson. I brought it in to them to examine, Rob was very upset that I claimed something went wrong on their part. Chad drove my truck and said it is my transmission going out. “Very common on Chevy Silverados”!I researched on Yelp and found the last 5 reviews to be 1 star, all claiming that they were overcharged and that there vehicle ran worse than before the service at Midas.

There were a few other things wrong with my vehicle and the price list for those items were way too high for parts especially when I can find the same parts online for a quarter of the price Midas is charging. The employees were all great it’s the pricing that needs work

Came in on Wednesday to inquire about appointment and Mark set me up for Friday morning real quick. Friday Mark again assisted me at the desk. Ended up needing rear shocks and Mark quickly ordered the parts. First parts service was a no show, but Mark had replacement items delivered in 10 mins afterwards. Exceptional service from Mark and from Hank in service!

I don't like that they tried upsell services I did not need just because I'm a woman. I know this because a man was getting a oil change there the Sametime I was and he was offered no upsells even though his car was significantly older then mine.

The manager greeted me in a courtesy timely manner after arriving inside the store. Meet my expectations as I have an early morning appointment in order to fix my car replacing A/C compressor including recharge and inspect the whole vehicle.
I had originally go online to schedule an appointment, no one ever called to confirm I had to finally call about a week later and the guy told me anytime on Thursday would work and eventually we settle on 2 p.m Thursday. So get there at 2 p.m and the guy asks me if I was going to wait with the car and I said yes because I had an appointment and it was only for an oil change, then he proceeds to tell me it’s going to be a 2 hour wait at minimum that I can wait or I can reschedule and I proceed to tell him I had an appointment at 2 and all he can say is one of his guys called off so there wasn’t anything he could do. The professional way to handle this would have been to give me a call, text, or email stating that they were running behind and if I wanted to come later or reschedule or just inform me so I could have made plans to come back for the car. But no waited till I got there to deal with it. So we settled on me coming back the next day when they opened and told me it shouldn’t take more than an 30 minutes, I was there for an hour which in return made me late for my sons important appointment that I had to reschedule.
Tried scheduling online. Process was never completed.
Cheaper than a dealer and quicker turn around! Have other maintenance pending! Look forward to getting it done

I scheduled my appointment on Monday for Tuesday and they did not confirm until 1 hour after the scheduled time. Said it would take 2 hours. Total it was there for 6.5 hours. Told them not to do brake flush, they did it anyway. Front brakes and rotors with flush $548 on a 2017 Hyundai Elantra?! I even tried to use a coupon for $20 off and Chad said it was taken off in shop fees. He said before the coupon total was $588? Way too much for a routine brake job, he knew I wanted to know when it was done, said it would be done in an hour, I finally just showed up 2.5 hours later and it was sitting outside. Just not very good overall. Brakes seem good now, foul smell upon braking now hope it's just the new pads and goes away.
Chadd is friendly and knowledgeable. The service provided made a big difference in how my truck drives. It was a costly repair but on or with other providers.
I had control arms and coil-overs replaced (2 visits) on my 1990 Mazda Miata in March. I was happy with how Chad (manager) worked with me to get the work done in a timely fashion and the service overall (the ride is much improved) until I noticed that my steering wheel was off about 30 degrees down on the left from horizontal, which meant the front end wasn't aligned (or wasn't aligned properly) after the coil-overs were installed. I paid 89.99 for the alignment. I used the "contact us" service on your website to explain this issue, and provided my phone number and email address, but have not gotten a response. I will not be able to take my vehicle back to have the alignment done because I had it shipped to Maui the day after I had the service done at Midas, so I was asking for reimbursement for the charge. Time differences and my work schedule make it difficult to call Chad. That is why I contacted you via website. I cannot find a Midas location on Maui or i would see if they could do the alignment no charge. Please response. Thanks, Chris Overbaugh

District manager wasn't even willing to provide me with a huge discount for the inconvenience. However the asst manager was very hepful and made the best efforts with small percentage discounts he could offer. However I'm getting my car worked at another shop but without transportation for over a week.
Bunch of crooks - this Midas shops. They always try to upsell brake services by saying that rotors needs to be replaced even though at first has agreed that the rotors can be machined.
