This experience was the worst I've ever experienced at this location. I believe there has been a change in management & this was absolutely awful. I was ripped off. They did not fix the problem because yesterday about 2 days after the problem was supposedly fixed my check engine light came on again with the same issue. The associate suggested I get my fuel tank flushed to find out if something was wrong with the gas or fuel pump (Cost over $500), nothing was wrong with either. They replaced 2 ignition coils and something else which resulted in over $1800 (Absolutely incompetence & down right criminal). I took my vehicle to the Toyota dealership yesterday (5/25/24) after I continued having the same issue and the check engine light came on again, they told me the only issue I had was the (catalytic converter needed to be replaced). You will not improve your services as long as you have incompetent workers who are doing unjust things. I've been a patron of that location for at least a decade before this new management & I've never had anyone told me they didn't know what the issue with my vehicle was after getting the diagnostic code. This current business practice is criminal!
The employees were incredible and professional. I asked for specific things to be done without them trying to upsell me on other things. Went out of their way to make sure they were transparent with me and the work. Very happy.
Make more competitive pricing. Other shops in the area seem to be less expensive. I paid over $60 for a diagnostic that didn't tell me much then they wanted me to pay $300 for the actual service that needed to be done. I told the technician an issue I have during the winter and he pretty much told me that was impossible.

At front desk you have kids working and communicating with customer about stuff they don’t know anything about. They selling tires and they probably never bought tire in they life time’ they selling service they never done in they life time . Like alignment and any other service. Disrespectful . Standing there to pay my bill of over six hundred dollars after half day waiting for oil change and two tires and alignment with my card in my hand for over 15 minutes and your employee sitting in chair with his feet up on high counter on the phone with two different potential customers two different phone call and can’t give me two minutes to swipe my card and be on my way after four hours in waiting room. After paying my bill they didn’t know where is my key- Then goes outside yelling if anybody know where is key and Calling me mister big shot.I have life warranty on tires I have purchased at your place but I would rather go to other place and pay again than be back at your shop for warranty. The receipt is not very detailed. Quoted me $1500 and I showed them $100 off coupon but still paid over $1500. While waiting on brakes assistant manager (I think) called to try to sell me tires. Not even sure the drums needed replaced

The store associate Rebecca was very friendly, helpful and communicative with me. She took the time to show me the tread on my tires and gave me assistance on tire quotes. Inspection and oil change services was quick in a timely manner as well!
My vehicle was there for 12 days awaiting repair. Apparently a technician had quit which caused the delay. I went several days without any contact. Also, my car was driven 131 miles while there with no explanation as to why. I asked for an explanation, but never received any follow up.

I left without getting the service only because I wasn't prepared to pay more than the Groupon voucher that I purchased. I thought I could just get the 5 quarts. But I was told it's against the law to only get 5 when my car requires 8.5. So, because I wasn't prepared to pay the additional fee I left. Now I'm receiving an email from Midas for a survey as well as a Carfax report saying I got an oil change, etc. This is also the reason for the low rating. The information shouldn't be entered until checkout. I will be returning later this week to get an oil change and I hope I don't have any issues
Josh was able to fit me in without an appointment the day after a holiday when the shop was short staffed. He was very appreciative and thorough. Rebecca was outstanding when I came back in later that day for pick up. Communication was outstanding.

I didn't really have the opportunity to communicate with the staff because they were busy. After completion, I received a closer look vehicle check paper and nothing was explained to me about what I may have needed to complete on the vehicle. I also could not read the handwriting on the bottom for visual inspection or technician notes. I had to guess what was written but overall the service I received was good and I will return.

I purchased a groupon for a full synthetic oil change and then the shop said I had to pay an additional 15 dollars. Also they charged way too much for my serpentine belt. That job shouldn't be more than 100 dollars. I was flabergasted at all the additional shop fees. Those should be mentioned with the price not it is gonna be 150 and turns out being 170. Times are tough for people right now. Dont be part of the problem, be part of the solution. If you are honest and charge a fair price you will have customers for life. Rebecca was very friendly and helpful though. I would recommend her.

Just a minor issue. Tech checked in cabin air filter and leaves were dropped into the blower fan causing an annoying noise when running. I was able to remove the blower fan and clean the leaves out. All is okay now.

It seems to be the only place I can take my Mercedes, bring my own oil and Mercedes filter, and have them perform the labor. Great price, friendly staff, and I like that I can get an appointment.

I don't like how they look for extra work they can do. They gave me an estimate for over $1,000 of services that they say are needed for my car. But that's the way franchises are, they look for money. So now I have to take the estimate they gave me to my honest and trusted mechanic who is not with a franchise! He said he will go over the car thoroughly and find out what it actually needs and doesn't need.

I had my car serviced Friday 5,/5 for coil ignition. First off coil ignition cost about 300 bucks. I was quoted 940.00 with a discount of ten to w15 percent. Once I paid and left called back and told the rep...I paid 700 on my card and 240 in cash. She said the Manger would call me back. I went back to Midas to collect the money I had overpaid. The manager was so busy ignoring me, which I sar for about 20 minutes. I got up to leave and the guy whom quoted me the discount said Ms. Johnson I stopped. He spoke to the manager about my account, the manager had a nasty demeanor and was telling him he had to go through xy z and couldn't do it. They will never get a dime from me. My car had the same problem last July, they stated they only did one ignition coil...but they need to do the other three. Thst manager was very disrespectful, I am not okay with how I was treated.

Be transparent with your pricing I bought a package for my oil change for $99.99I had a coupon for $25 off . My price should have been $74.99 plus the brakes. I ended up paying more than $130 for the oil package.Andrew said he could not refund my money so he gave me a complementary oil change for my next visit. If I had not checked the receipt I would have not known.
Everything was explained to my fiance ce and I what needed to be done. The vehicle needed more work than what originally thought and midas helped us with easy pay and was able to get it done.

Quoted $49 for the oil change but had to pay for additional oil which total $70. Told my front brakes needed replacing, I wanted to wait a week, told I should not wait. I was expecting to pay for oil maintenance. Bill totaled around $500.☹️
I purchased a synthetic oil change on Groupon. At the shop I was charged an additional $40.70 for 2.2 additional quarts of synthetic oil. The bill says the cost for the additional oil was 19.78 + 1.32 disposal feel. I can't figure out where the other $20 came from. I feel I was ripped off.

I purchased new brakes and full set of tires a few months back at the sunbeam location and every since Brock has been accommodating of any issues I’ve had. Twice now there have been screws in my new tires and he stayed open longer to take a look one day and squeezed in my car the next morning as soon as the tire came In. Always friendly and helpful.
