They did my oil change in a timely manner and the things they suggested I do in the future were reasonably price.
Jacob & Josh are always super helpful & they were slammed when I arrived for my appointment so instead of making me wait they offered me a ride! They did recommend a service that he quoted for $800, when I let them know about a competitiors offer we worked it out!
There was no way to get correct tire size but not they fault I appreciate them looking for the right size but it ok the stay really nice 👍

I feel that the prices were extremely high. For every part that Was recommended to fix it was $100-$250 more per part! 6 parts do the math! I priced them after I left at AutoZone, which is a rip off itself and Each part Was $100 To $150 cheaper. Then I looked Online and found parts in the double digits via Amazon and rock auto and Walmart. I was quoted over $5000 to do tie rods and struts oil change and Replace valve cover gasket unbelievable getting all of it done tomorrow for less than $1000. I don’t even think I paid 5000 for the vehicle🤣
Josh helped out a lot by providing his expertise on my car and what he recommends. He gave his honest opinion on what services I should start with and slowly progress. I only come here for my services knowing I’m going to get the best. Highly recommend!
made appointment in advance. Was advise approximately one hour.One associate started work walked away for 30 minutes. Another associate finished job. No hand off from one associate to other. concerns of work instructions.presented car to me without completing work ordered. had to take car back in to do tire rotation. started work. walked away agin for 20-30 minutes. Does any one read work orders or complete the work in timely fashion? No prioities or management.

I was unsatisfied with my vehicle at first, they made it right they communicated with me to get the problem resolved. Most automotive shops is all about money. Midas is all about customer satisfaction. I will return.

The price marked for an oil change{ synthetic} was not what I payed at the shop. The manager , Mr Thrift, was elusive re the cost of the service. The disparity of the oil change was not articulated by Thrift, and he became disgruntled when I questioned him on the price differential; the price on the web page was 49.99. What I payed was 67 dollars. After Thrift attempted to sell me 220.00 dollars in unneeded vehicle items, he refused to expand as to why the bill was 66 dollars and not 49.99. His myopic answer was “ oh tax and shop supplies”, the tax was less that 5 bucks, so where is the dif? Thrift was very uncomfortable with being confronted by me asking questions, especially when I asked what broken plastic clip was left on the passenger seat by the tech following the oil change. Thrift’s response was he had no idea where the broken devise came from. When I asked to speak to the tech, his response was,” he went to lunch, so I will have to call you when he returns”. He Never called back, and the pic he took of the broken plastic item is still in my possession. They broke something trying to sell me an interior air filter.

The prices online were reasonable. However, when I arrived the quoted price was even higher than the top tier listed on the counter. For a full synthetic change and flush, $99 was advertised but I was told the price would be $130. When I told them it didn’t make sense, they told me it was higher because I had a European car. Then when I got the breakdown, which wasnt given until after I paid, the cost of the oil was more than double what I could buy any any basic store for the same product. Additionally, I was told it would take less than an hour and at an hour and 15 I had to go to the counter to get them to start the checkout process so I could be ready when they were done.
I moved from Massachusetts to Florida in August. My first appointment in August I knew I would be in good hands. This past week my air conditioning wasn't working, I saw Shrek, the man that worked on my vehicle the last time and I absolutely trusted him. He knows what he is doing. He is a keeper !!!
Tried to get appointment online for oil change for $29. No one confirmed appointment so after the time i picked passed ,i did another time & still no conformation. So i called and Jacob told me to come in at 1130am. I did, then he said i couldnt have the $29 oil change because i need full synthetic not synthetic blend. So I ended up paying $75 for oil change. Then he tells me I need new roters & brake pads WHICH I GOT FROM DEALERSHIP ALMOST 6MOTHS AGO! TOLD ME I NEEDED 4 NEW TIRES( WHICH I DONT). Funny thing is I do need new windsheild wipers but according to them they are fine( drivers side rubber is flopping when using). I asked how much for lightbulb on drivers side headlight, he wanted $60 plus tax for that. His reply was, it's all pretty much labor cost. I'll NEVER RETURN TO ANY MIDAS & WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE. Then on my receipt, it says I have a chance to win up to $400 in prizes...I know how they have the money for that. I should have just drove away when he wouldn't honor oil change for internet coupon. Expensive lesson I learned
As always, the folks at this Midas location are friendly and professional. I came in for an oil change with the intention of getting my brakes done elsewhere. However, their excellent sales and service convinced me to stay and get the brakes done too!
Poor communication st intake re warranty process, delay in process as mamager was too busy. Started repairs despite me stating I would reach out to the warranty company first. Then repairs were completed, rushed, and I was then left with no car for 3 days.
Problem occurred during tire installation was satisfactorily resolved.
Be accurate with time expectations. I called ahead and was told to bring in car for oil change. After 1 hr 45 minutes, I told them I had to leave. I have a disabled husband and I had to get home. The work was not completed. I mentioned to Jacob that the tires had not need rotated. He told me they were understaffed. He also ran out of stickers for the windshield. Very unprofessional !

It was easy to book an appointment online. When I arrived it was a quick check in before they took my truck. They were able to rotate and balance my tires and complete an alignment.
The guys were efficient. They accepted me as a walk in and got me out in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly. The manager remained very professional and patient during high volume intense moments. I would highly recommend Midas on Beach Blvd.

This oil change took twice. As long as they told me it would take. The mechanic was not exactly a ball of fire on the job.

The technician, Steven Lesseter, was VERY friendly. He's incredibly personable and informative. Also, attentive to detail and made sure I understood what he did AND what I still needed done. He did not pressure me into buying anything but alerted me of what I did need for future reference, prices, and what Midas could provide.

As stated earlier, due to the wrong parts being delivered my 1.5 to 2 hour job took 5 hours. Steven and the Mississippi Manager kept me updated, but five hours waiting was very draining.
This location was able to get me in, at the last minute, for oil service on a Friday afternoon. The manager was AMAZING! His awesome was matched by the super fast, and super excellent service. When they checked the fluids they said the power steering fluid and coolant were low and said they wanted to flush them and refill them. I asked them to just top it off and they said they don’t do that. I had to go to Walmart and get the fluids to top them off. I then went to Goodyear to make sure it was okay. It was and I saved myself over $350. I’ll never go to Midas again.

The rotors were ground down and caused a thumping sound when the brake pedal was depressed. I was told it should fix itself in a couple days. I didn’t like maybe.Jacob said he would replace the rotors fit and additional $70. I asked why he didn’t offer that option prior. He said he was trying to save money. Honestly I would rather replace everything, if it was only $70.Most likely they only replaced the one side making noise? That would not be my want. Just fix it right!!! Thanks

I purchased a Groupon coupon for $49 and charge an additional $27 at this location which made my price $77 total. I was told by the technician that a Groupon price is higher than a regular oil change price which is a rip off. Groupon is supposed to save you money, and I end up spending more money.

I bought a discounted oil change on Groupon for $28 that clearly stated was for an oil change including up to 5 quarts of oil and a filter. When I showed up to the appointment they claimed it was only $28 towards the service and tried to charge an additional $33 for a standard oil change bringing it to $61. Why would I buy a $28 Groupon just for $28 towards the oil change? I've used it before with no issue at another location.
Jacob was very thorough in explaining the options and pricing, and he checked in to communicate what was happening and to review the checklist and make recommendations for suggested filter replacements. I appreciated his candor. Midas was able to perform the services needed so I wouldn’t need to return another day. Much appreciated.

The price was a little steep for me to continue going there for regular oil changes but Jacob was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me. Typically if someone tells me I need new tires or there are something else wrong with my vehicle they will just explain it to me verbally. Jacob led me out to the bay and showed me exactly what I needed to see on my tires and the filters in my vehicle. I'm extremely grateful for him explaining everything to me.

Take the time to train your employees better. When I called u told the guy I had an Audi and I wanted an oil change. When I got there the guy was new and did not know Midas did not do oil changes on Audis. I wasted my time in making my appointment because then I had to call other places to see if they would do it on a Saturday without an appointment. Wasted so much of my time over a simple misunderstanding. Please train your guys better with knowing what cars can get serviced. This was my first and last time going there.

I brought car in for oil change and tire rotation. When picked up, tires were rotated but right front tire pressure sensor reads only 30 psi, much lower than the other 3 (39 psi). Disappointed they would have rotated tires and not checked pressure or added air to tire that clearly is low.

Went in to business. Had the opportunity to be serviced by Jacob. He was friendly and listened to my issue and eventually came out with me to check on my tire to see for a nail. He assured me that they can take a look at it further when the tire is removed and see if it's repairable. He was very accommodating. I was happy it was repairable and left feeling safe to drive home .
