I went to Midas to have my left headlight bulb replaced. I brought the new bulb with me and during consultation the manager explained that he didn’t know how he would charge to put the new bulb in. Upon completion the manager charged me 64.00$ and after payment processed. The receipt printed and I was charged for replacement of a battery cable, which did not happen.

Don’t lie to your customers. Tell me how long it’ll take so I can make the decision to stay or leave. Also tell me you’ll charge me more regardless of your price match policy. I don’t care about the $10 you over charged me but I hope that makes you feel better about yourself.

There were a few possible problems with the car. They were unable to get the part needed (battery terminals) so they cleaned it up and tried it. The problem was solved! We got out of there with only a $10 bill. They could easily have told us that we needed a more expensive service and we wouldn't have known any better. This makes us trust them to be honest with us in the future!

They took me in on a Saturday morning immediately without appointment. They called within a few hours to explain the problem they had found. They then explained the amount of time it would take to receive the parts and finish repairs. Repair was completed earlier than expected and slightly below quoted price. They also assisted with payment options because repairs were extremely expensive. They went above and beyond for me. I felt like they truly cared about returning my vehicle to me as soon as possible.

Twice in a row, upon getting my cars back after an oil change, there was oil splattered everywhere under the hood and collecting under the engine. The first time left a puddle of oil in my garage as it dripped out of the car. I went back because the price was right and I figured it couldn't happen a second time...but it did. There was oil everywhere again. When I called to inquire about it, the person on the phone said he would ask the technician what happened and offered a free oil change coupon, but it's a 20 minute drive from my house and frankly, I don't want another messy oil change that results in oil splattered everywhere and pools of dripping oil in my garage and driveway.
Sergio and his team are the reason I continue to bring my vehicle to Midas. I don’t know much about cars, but their customer service is what brings this location my loyalty! They’re friendly and have always seemed to honest and clear on the needs of my vehicles.

I bought a prepaid oil change. I went to pay and was told my vehicle needed more oil than was normal and I owed almost as much as I paid for the oil change. Never read this. Was never told this. Just a "gotcha" at check-out. That's poor communication and poor service and not a company I ever want to do business with again. You should be better than that.
