I called the day before to see if they could potentially work on my car and if the service I thought I needed could be completed in 1 visit. The associate I spoke with was friendly and booked an appointment for me for the next day. He took notes on the engine problem I was describing to relay to the technicians.
I made a comment to the techs about my time crunch to make a meeting. They could’ve have worked significantly faster at the repair but what I blame mostly for my time issue was the satellite receptionist who told me I would be done by 9am, that was the deciding factor on my visit to Midas vs other stores. They completely screwed my morning meeting by making me wait 2 hours longer than expected. Overall giving the operator on the phone a 1/10(she was atleast kind) and the techs in store a 5/10 (I did not expect them to drop everything they were doing for me but they should have repaired my tire hours faster than it took them

Midas advised me honestly about my need, did not attempt to extract $ for what would have been a futile alignment job. Never at Midas before, was sent there by a new tire shop not yet equipped to do alignments.
I had a 1:00 appointment but not in system showed email confirming. Person at like didn’t know what he was doing. After a hour and 45 mins went to get car. It was not done yet I told the guy he had cars that were not there at 1. After going around and around they finally pulled my car in and did the inspection and oil change in 13 min not at all assured it was correct. My air breather is a year old but no mention of needing a new one. Oh and the guy at the counter didn’t know what kind of oil to put in. What a joke. The new manager said he’s there to fix’s things. And kept saying I know for a fact this and that was done no he didn’t he was in the office the whole time.

Everything went relevantly smooth; however, I was told my serpentine belt was cut and needed to be replaced. When I got home I checked belt. I could not see any cracking or cuts. I started the engine and repositioned belt and still did not see any problems. I even placed my hand on belt with engine running and could not feel anything. Not to sure how I feel about this.

I was greeted promptly when I arrived without an appointment. I was informed that my 2014 tires are due to manufacture specs should likely be replaced. For safety concerns I chose to purchase four new tires. I was given a acceptable quote. I felt no pressure and appreciated the knowledge on tire safety. It took what I thought was extremely long for the clerk to write up my service order for a simple oil change (LOF). I used to be a tech at Walmart and we could get a simple service order done in 5 min or less including checking the car’s mileage.
Made an appointment to resolve a complaint and was put off again after they called and asked me to come in

I've had over a dozen oil changes on multiple cars at this location. This last oil change service cost the most I've ever paid with a $20 off coupon.
We made an appointment online, which was a total suprise to the staff upon checking in. We were warned they were understaffed and running slow. We offered to leave our car overnight. No one ever called the next day to tell us the work was done. When we got there we were told we would have to wait for the manager to get back from lunch, after an hour he returned and began to help people who just arrived instead of my wife who was waiting throughout his entire lunch. In the end, they said our brakes were not squeaking and we drove away 6 hours late for our trip to the sound of squeaking brakes
