I would highly recommend taking your car to this Midas location if you're having any issue or require maintenance work on your vehicle. I had noise coming from the front and rear drivers side of the car. They were able to identify and fix the issues. The car runs great now! Dave and Dan were amazing. We made an appointment on line and they called within half an hour to confirm the appointment. We had to send our 19yr old daughter with the car. The guys were so kind and professional and explained to her exactly what needed to be done ( a new muffler, which was our reason for the appointment) and the also said the rear brake pads were worn. They called me with follow up and explained everything and because of how late in the day it was we had to schedule a follow up so they could get the parts delivered. We just had this car into the dealership for an oil change and inspection. The dealer should have found these issues. Thank you so much Dan and Dave for your amazing customer service!

The staff were highly knowledgeable and were able to trouble shoot an issue we were/are having with the Subaru Dealer. They took care of our brakes, alignment and helped with resetting a fault code so we could see if the dealer caused the issue. They are a wealth of knowledge and support. We will recommend them to all our friends.

Nick was awesome he explained everything kept me posted and I think that was the quickest I’ve ever gotten my brakes done. He also took a look at my exhaust which has a hole in the muffler and he gave a price on that which I will be going back there to get that fixed. Great place and fair prices.
I got there a half hour early and they took me right in and changed my oil. They forgot to do my tire rotation so I went back in and they immediately took my car back in and did the rotation. The lady at the front counter was very nice we sat and talked the whole time I was there. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
I needed a muffler so scheduled an appointment on-line. They called me the next morning and I brought my car in for an inspection. They were able to order the part and it was available quickly. The muffler was replaced by the next day and it runs great. The guys in this shop are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices/labor are fair with great follow-through.
As I was driving away (2 miles away) they called and asked me to turn around because they were not sure if they put the cap back on the oil tank. They told me "oil could be going everywhere" and asked me to return to the store. I did and they immediately checked the oil tank lid. Everything was tight/fine. Next time please check this before sending the customer off. This delayed me to work by ten minutes. Also, I was told my struts and ALL of the fluids needed to be changed for "regular maintenance" which I did not believe. This would have been close to $3k. The oil change coupon/value was incredible and the staff was friendly but I did not learn to trust them very much from this experience.

they were not able to repair my vehicle. it was an electrial problem causing a no spark condition. I had to tow it back out (after having it towed in).
The exhaust pipe running from the catalytic converter to the muffler broke because a hanger rusted away. Its a 14-year old Dodge Grand Caravan. The Midas technician was able to weld a new hanger on the pipe and re-attach the pipe at the muffler. This $300 repair saved me having to purchase a new catalytic converter and O2 sensor at a cost of about $1500.
Had to visit twice as they did not have a part for the first appointment.

I walked in without an appointment, the exhaust problem was diagnosed and repairs were underway in really quick. Front desk guy had to call a couple different suppliers to get the parts in as quickly as possible.

My vehicle tracks to the left and the steering wheel is turned to right. There was an issue, tried to upsell me $750 for parts that were just replaced, the writer said he would have his tech make an adjustment, the tech was rude and stated that he didn't make that adjustment which was agreed upon. Highly disatisfied. Waste of money.

The only reason why I wouldn't return to this particular service is because it's two hours away from me. I was on vacation when I needed to go to this particular store in Plymouth. If however I live in Plymouth, then yes I would return to the store
when I arrived I was the only customer. It took the attendent 5 minutes to acknowledge I was there. He took my keys walked away and 15 minutes later another employee said he help you I said my keys are still there. He promised to check and fix the warning light on the dash. He did not. It took 1.5 hours for an oil change with no other customers. The attendant looked upset that a customer appeared.
It started off with the manager and me talking about how we both have dodge darts and I told him about my windshield situation and gave not only exceptional advice but accurate as well. However, the staff member I spoke with over the phone was very friendly and new apparently lol could have fooled me cause he was training that day, but the overall vibes and knowledge is the reason why I scheduled another visit with this location.
The two owners at this store are really nice and easy to work with.
I was hoping to get same day muffler replacement. The car is a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan, a VERY common vehicle. I dropped off the car off at 9AM, but by 4PM, the muffler had not arrived at the shop. It is surprising that such a common muffler would not be quickly available.To the shop's credit, they did have it ready before 9:30AM the following morning.
