The mechanics had problem with removing screw but it was quickly taken care of .First I took my car to three different places about knock when I step on brake .They couldn’t find or hear the knock .Midas found it right away .thank you all ,I appreciate all you did to get my car fixed and back on road.
Everything fro the friendliness and professionalism of the staff to the time it took to complete the repair was great. $1000.00 for brakes and rotors is just not a fair price.
It was a miscommunication error. It was corrected and my tires were promptly installed.

Unfortunately i had to wait for my car to be serviced and it was really cold in the lobby. I was told 2 hours initially... but it took 2 hours to inspect.... then another 1.5 hours to complete. I personally would like to have opted out of the inspection as i knew exactly what i needed and the inspection simply clarified what i already knew. I needed rear brakes and rotors so i overall feel like 2 hours were wasted
They took the time to explain the repairs to me and my boyfriend. Answered any and all questions. Was helpful with getting my child seat out of the second car we had there when the first was finish. Treated our vehicles like their kids or family would be in there!

I had a donut on my tire and I called before the shop opened to ask if anyone could fix my flat asap because I was nervous driving my child around in it and I had work. The associate said “of course come on in” and I arrived a few minutes after opening. They got me in right away and fixed the tire for free! Shop and waiting room were a little dirty and freezing cold, but I know it’s an older shop.

The mechanic’s that I dealt with were very helpful, not only telling me the problem but showing me. I could not get the work done on site because the alignment machine is down at my local shop and they don’t know how long it would be down. They didn’t just do the work charge me and give me some goofed up alignment. They actually told me they couldn’t do the work and told me where I could go to get it done. Midas is the only repair shop I will go to if need be.

I was told that the battery checker was broke and that they would rather send me away than fix it just in case something was wrong with alternator, or starter. I said I just want a new battery put in then the service member seem a tad bit aggravated almost like he just didn’t want to do the service, but finally agreed and gave me an estimate for 467 dollars which I find outrageous, my dealership only wanted to charge me 250 dollars so why is the price for a battery change so much higher here, I can do it myself for cheaper that that. It almost made me feel like he gave me the highest quote he could just so I would refuse the service. When I told him how much my dealership would do it for he suggested I go their and get it done, so I said okay and that’s where I’ll go from now on. I had planned to have my cv axle fixed and new tires for my wife’s card put on but now I think I’ll be taking my cars back to my dealership instead.
They spilt the oil all over my engine now I have a mess in my driveway and garage that I have to clean up

Provide an estimate. Ask what type of oil is used in the car rather than just putting in whatever oil you choose. LISTEN! My main concern was my tires (my car sat idle for 1.5 yrs & tires were flat. Likely at least 2 tires had flat or shifted foundation under the rubber surface layer) & this issue wasn't addressed until I specifically asked when cashing out. The technician didn't drive my car to check out the problem & the manager said there was no problem with the tires until I insisted there was definitely a tire issue. He finally drove my car w/me in the passenger seat & he agreed there's definitely a problem. I needed 2-4 new tires. Even after driving my car & finally acknowledging a problem, new tires were not discussed. Big missed opportunity to sell 2-4 new tires.

Everything started off great, they didn't have my tire in so they took my rim and had me come back after work so it would be quick and easy to put the tire on my car. And when I came back later the tire was taken care of very quickly. If this was the end of the story I'd have been a very happy customer. BUUUTTT the next day my tire pressure system light wouldn't go off and I had to go back to have them fix it and it took FOREVER because they couldn't figure out that they had to recalibrate for the new tire. It's a Honda Civic not a Lamborghini. Not complicated. And then, yesterday when I went to put groceries in my trunk, I couldn't because instead of putting the "donut" tire back where it belonged they just threw it the main part of the trunk. I had to move the tire myself and got my work clothes dirty in the process. VERY unprofessional. I will not return.

The guy that changed my oil told me that the Cabin Air Filter needed changed. When I went to change it I saw that one of the clips was broken. He was the only person that has ever touched it as far as I know. The cabin air filter has never been inspected or touched in any way before this visit.

Don’t be sexist. Don’t be rude. He gave me a quote over the phone of $1,900 for my repairs, when I asked for an itemized quote it was magically $1,670. He tried to say I asked for an oil change in the store, when I said I think my car is leaking oil. Why would I ask for an oil change if it’s leaking? What kind of stupidity is that? That’s literally throwing money away. When I even talked to Dave he kept interrupting me and telling me I was wrong and being EXTREMELY rude and condescending. He did not get off the phone with me until I made a payment for an oil change I didn’t want and would not release my car to me until I paid it online. My boyfriend then called him and ripped him a new one for the absolute disrespect and for the blatant lying he did about the oil change. He then refunded the oil change. I have yet to receive an apology for his actions. I’m just so frustrated that he tried to take advantage of me. Personally, I don’t care about the refund, my dad is paying for any service on that car anyways, I am just flabbergasted by the absolute rudeness and the price changes of the staff.
I brought my car in for an alignment, they repaired 2 tires from nails and replaced 1 tire from nails. After the work, they drove my car when they did that, the car started pulling to the other way. They came back in, told me what was going on. They had to realign my car and rotate my tires again. After I left the facility, my car was shaking VERY bad on the interstate. I took it back up there the next day, they rotated my tires and balanced them again, this happened TWICE. I took it somewhere else, the control arm was damaged from the alignment and is now having to be replaced. This is very very poor service and I feel as though they should be responsible for the cost of the damages.

I am single and i got a flat tire last week. I went to another tire place to replace my tires. the place told me that i needed a alignment before getting a tire and they couldn't do it. I called so many places for help and was quoted almost 300 dollars for alignment and a tire. Freaking out i called your place last and literally was in tears afraid my car was not safe. I spoke to Dave who not only calmed me down but had me come in and explained everything i needed. Even made sure i needed that alignment or was being lied to. This location addressed a problem that occurred while on an interstate trip. I approached the Manager, with the hope that he could get my vehicle in for unscheduled service. He got my vehicle in for diagnosis & repair as requested and spoke with me regularly throughout the process. The crew went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I have contacted Midas already requesting a new oil change, a total cleaning of my engine bay, a complete check of the engine, hoses and filters for damage. I'd also like something in writing that this happened and what was done.
Making the appointment to have my brakes checked out was easy. Dropping my vehicle off was easy. The communication to me with my options after inspection was clear and honest and that is what makes a great auto care experience. Chandler went above what I had expected trying to see if I had a warranty on my pads. Needed 4 new Cooper CS5 tires. Not in stock but came the following day as promised. Waited on the service which was accomplished as promised. Had an issue in that a LF balancing wheel weight fell off causing wobble. Took it back and the issue was resolved promptly. Everyone will have a problem occasionally, but what makes the difference is HOW that issue is resolved. These guys exemplified empathy and great customer care. Thank you!
