Excellent customer service and care
I received an oil change along with my exhaust pipe being replaced, they informed me of other services that needs to be done but I felt that when I got my oil change my filter should have been included with the service but it wasn't which means I should have went where I would usually go to Valvoline or pit stop which the oil change there includes the filter at a low price of $89. I will be returning to either of them for my continuance oil change from now on.

Originally came in for a nail on my tire. Associate helped me with that and also had my tires rotated and balanced. I also got my breaks done with rotors. Ran into a small issue of not having weights to do my tire balancing which caused me to be late for work but the service was still great and I picked up my vehicle the next day. Will be returning for future work here.

There were two things that made me not highly satisfied the first thing was the almost 2,000 recommendation that was incorrect and after my surprise he checked with the mechanic and it went down to about 500 hundred which is huge for me.
The staff was great and fast.
The first price quote was ridiculously high. Only after complaint did the price go down. Why did I have to complain to get a fair price? I still feel overcharged and they didn’t even give me a courtesy of putting air in my tires.

Front desk associate (Angel) was awesome. I had to cancel my original appointment and it was no problem getting me in the next day. He was able to get my car serviced by the time i needed it and was very friendly and accommodating. You should consider him a valuable employee at this location 10200 s western ave. Chicago IL 60644.
The guy at the front desk arrive at about 8:20am and my appt was for 8.00 so i waited outside in my car for an extra 20 minutes.
The service/communication from Omar was excellent. The entire team was polite and professional.
The mechanic need to take All 4 tires off thr vehicle in order to inspect it. He left both passenger side tires on my vehicle and I had to ask him to take off the right rear so that he could measure the brake pads instead of trying to Charge me for rear breaks I didn't need. That's not right.

Better training for mechanics on welding and correct installation so my Catalytic converter wouldn't fall out the day of installation on the highway with no help from the Midas store that installed it, just "Call me on Monday morning" when it was Saturday.
This Midas has the best crew. The people at the front desk explain everything and have a good rapport with the mechanics. Communication is clear about pricing and timing for when the service will be done. I feel confident when I leave that the work was done well and also feel comfortable calling or coming back if I have any concerns. They are awesome!

After the oil change on 5/31 the engine was struggling for 2 days sounding like sputtering. I decided to open the hood and noticed that the filter cover was completely off!!! I called yesterday 6/5 and explained the issue and the gentleman I’m assuming his name is Angel apologized and asked me to bring the car back today 6/6 at 1pm. to inspect and redo the oil change! I called them at 1pm to say I was running a bit late and the person I spoke to (Reggie) asked what I was bringing it in for so I explained the entire situation and he was extremely rude and annoyed with me and hung up the phone on me. I honestly do not feel comfortable going back and I’m requesting a full refund!

The manager Angel was very welcoming and understanding when I told him that I had a 9:00 am appointment that I was trying to get to and my vehicle suddenly developed a flat tire. He took my car in right away had his assistant to fix the flat and got me back on the road so I could make my appointment on time.
Angel at the front desk explained everything to me and was very nice from start to finish.

everyone was so friendly. I didnt feel like he rushed me off of the phone. it was a black guy with glasses and the hispanic guy was very nice as well. i will be doing all of my oil changes here from now. they took my car in right away. it took about 20 minutes for the oil change. i was surprised, because It usually takes about an hour at other places.

Great Customer Service, came in for oil change needed two filters changed. The price for the extra service was $300, I ended up buying the two filters and changing them myself for $40. Midas thought me to be resourceful

The service was terrible. The shops opens at 8am but it wasn't open until about 8:37am. It took them over a hour to do a oil change.
Customer Service was excellent. I would have given 5 stars but they could have topped off the windshield wiper fluid after the 1k+ I spent. But all in all will definitely return for repairs and brakes. Brian and Nelson are the best.
